Just read that he's suiting up for the Chelsea match. (Or maybe this is old news.) I like TH, but we've had a good run with Robles. Not like Howard will get us more goals.

very nervous about this derby. So much optimism off the QPR win... Lennon coming in... McCarthy healthy... Expectations are so high. I'd love a win, but I would be really happy with a draw.

Would be riveting to see McCarthy AND Barkley AND Mirallas AND Besic AND Lennon all on the pitch together this weekend. Anything could happen! And yet, he'll still play Barry. [sigh]

It's got McGeady looking over his shoulder for sure. He had some great chances against CP last weekend, but his target coordinates were poorly calibrated. Time will tell, but I'm glad they made the move and, from his comments, he seems genuinely happy to be Blue.

Yeah, I guess I did read that. But he didn't look "slow" or "hobbled" as much as "tentative" and "timid." He looked as scared as child in a haunted house. So, is he fit for Saturday? Would you rather see Alcaraz in his place?

Does the price really matter? I mean, you don't own a football club to make a profit. You own one because you ALREADY HAVE plenty of money! He's only 27. Probably peaking as we speak. Might be the perfect fit, if he's not injury prone.

did we ever figure out what was the deal with Jagielka in the West Ham match? Nagging, unreported injury? Hung over? Someone shot his dog? His play was cringeworthy. I know we hardly have anyone else to fill in, but goodness.
