So, Onana on for Gana.

Bloody hell, really need to watch Potter, his passes, his dribblings.
-
Definitely got energy.
-
Ach! Potter is on now, dangerous fella.

When you look at the reply it was a really slick finish, to get it through the throng, it was actually quite a tricky path it has to take.
First I read that as "thong", but Gomes isn't on yet haha. But yes, a rather nice shot and as experienced as he is, he used the innerside.

That's a great finish as well
Innerside. The right thing to do unlike Doucoure's attempt.

Nice pass, Young ...

Nice shot, was bending a bit too.

Just what I was talking about with those few panicking moments. Weak finish from Brenford (was it Toney) but cudos to Pickford for staying calm.
-
Nice try, mate hehe. But we are playing home and we've had no shots on target and a bit panick in the defence here and there. It's Brentford and our players should be full of spirit and confidence for this game.
And good job without booze for that long.

Good parts? You're just optimistic ... or drunk, Matt
-
In slow you can see that Doucoure should just put the innerside of his foot on that pass for a qualified shot. When a pass comes with pace it doesn't need much. It's very basic football, really.

Pretty boring 1. half with loads of blocked shots from both sides and not much idea in terms of play. Going to yawn with badaids.
Wondering why Young storms forward only to play the ball back to someone who is unable to pass back. If Young can't outdribble one man then he shouldn't storm forward without an idea.

The game og blocks, indeed.
-
Are we playing home?
-
... and back to hoofing a million balls away.
-
Three on top and none do any kind of pressure there. What are they waiting for?
-
Got a bit too close there. Good defending from Branth there, but we need to be sharper in both ends as pointed out by Haf.

Best player on our books a pity he has to leave in the summer but we can’t hold him back.
Chain him to the goalpost?

These bastards refuse to lay down even if it will cost them.

Deffo not the strongest set-up, but hopefully that'll do. And I'm not so sure it'll be a pretty game. Hope for a good one, of course.

Ahh shame, Chermiti. Thought he did almost the right thing there.
