He has moments where he plays very well but more likely than not he plays poorly. Not good enough to be in the starting 11 but I wouldn't mind having him as a sub, especially since we need to make our team deeper.

You never know maybe Moyes will be able to control him. I do think this is a good sign that he will leave Man City and we would be one of the top destinations for him. I love his ability on the pitch and for that sole reason I'd be willing to take him on. Unfortunately I think it will take a lot to control his anger/ aggression off the pitch.

AJ better be fit for this one. We can't afford to have our leading goal scorer out for the biggest game of the season.

Its 13 actually, and if he had taken the penalties That Arteta has taken (4) and the others that the £6m striker Beattie has taken (2) he would be close to the Twenty goals you were expecting off him. Some peeps are never satisfied.

That and the fact he has missed a fair amount of matches because of injuries this year.

Don't have a clue at the moment who we would sign (if anyone) on the left. I know they were looking at the American Justin Mapp but at the moment I don't think he is good enough to fill that role for us. He would be a lot better coming on as a sub. I have heard D'Alassandro mentioned but expect it to be just another rumor.

I couldnt see Nugent and Vaughan starting over AJ. He has been our best striker and goal scorer all year and for 8 million he isnt going to come off the bench.

I would much rather go after Barton as well but I could see us trying to get Nolan.

I just can't think how we managed to score 2, then throw away a lead like that, we were dominating possesion and we were creating chances, and kept them on the back foot, but as usual it all fell apart in the second half, i felt the subs came on too late players were starting to look tired.

Yea the subs should have come on right after United's second goal in my opinion. Vaughan was already sitting on a yellow and had a tough responsibilty playing up top on his own. I am a bit surprised we got two as well. The moment United got that first goal I remember saying " Please not other Chelsea game." I ended up waking up early for the match and it pretty much has left me in a disappointed mood all day.

For 5 million I'd definitely take Bent although I'd be surprised if he went for that low.

Never heard of him but then again I don't know much about the young talent in England. Sounds promising if he is playing for the u18s

The atmosphere in Goodison is going to be amazing next Saturday with the next week's must win. I wish I could be there. I think the fans are going to be a deciding factor in a win next week.

Ok have settled down a bit. In the end we were beaten by a team who's top of the league abd almost through to a European Cup Final. Shows how far we have come

Yea but I am disappointed in the way we lost. It is never easy to go up two at home and lose, which should never happen at home to anyone. We lost from our own mistakes and I think thats what gets me the most.

watching the game i thought turner did well. although he made a dreadful mistake for their first goal he did ok. made a few good saves including one from ronaldo.

He did have a few good saves but his one big mistake was HUGE. It might be unfair to say but if he hadn't dropped that ball I think we would have gotten atleast 1 point maybe even 3. The momentum changed after that. We definitely missed Howard today. It is a very tough loss to swallow.

One would wonder how the outcome might be if Turner didn't make that crucial mistake. Huge turning point in the match.

What a Goal, we better buy Fernandes.
