    I don't particularly want him back but people saying they wouldn't have him for £6M are taking the piss. Would you have been happy if we had sold him for that 12 months ago? We have a gaping big hole in our midfield for a defensive midfielder and I reckon that is his best position so if the fee was right and the wage was right I would take him back

    Totally agree, I just dont get why anybody would think that the fee we paid for last seasons loan would have any bearing on any future deal. I mean by that logic could West Brom also get £5M knocked off the asking price because they had him the season before?

    And you sound like a spoilt 5 year old brat! Lukaku looks to be keeping his options open until after the World Cup and why shouldnt he? That doesnt mean to say that IF he did sign for us he wouldnt show the same pride as anybody else in an Everton jersey next season
