    simon davies is a quility player, jus a shame that idiots like captainferguson10 and the press used him as a scapegoat. marcus bent better than beattie, do you honestly beleive that? i was shocked when we got over a mil for him, he's championship at best. the fact you've put kilbane in there jus shows to me you definitly werent watchin everton when he was at the club, he done fantastic for us, zidadene kilbane says it all

    hibberts probally the best english rb at defending, just a pity we dont have a decent rm which is the main reason hibbert looks bad now an again. too many hibbert haters out there who jus dont like him an jus put the player down at every chance eg. sigma sendin off, which was a great tackle btw if it was jags u'd be lickin his balls

    linderoth was one of our best midfield player imo, better than pembridge gemmil watson alexanderson and graveson

    worse ive seen super kev. yes gotta love the man 4 keepin us up but the years i had my season ticket and had to watch his stoopid facial expressions everytime he fluffed his shot over the bar and jus sit down and put his hands on his fuckin head argh! he frustrated me

    wud also give westerveldt a mention but he only played the once(thankfully) and think should only pick players who played more than a few games cos wudnt realy call him a ex everton player, jus like i wudnt count avm or silva

    rubecula, i wrote it before the season had kicked off so i meant every 1 below us, the 5th best team in the country. but i guess u already knew this and was jus being a twat. this is a forum atleast give ur view not jus try and be funny.

    the beard, whats wrong with sticking with what we've got, it was good enough for 5th las year and the year before, and imo an extra 3/4 players would give us a chance to challenge for 4th, no team below us has a better team than us imo, a few teams have got better but i still think we're a head of them, whilst the teams above, chelsea aside have got weaker, and for that reasoning i think jus buyin a few players a year and gradually catchin up is a good way for us to do it. off topic abit on attendences but the main reason we dont sell out so often is not cos we dont have a team of super stars but because of how restricted alot of the views are at our ground is.

    u might as well go jump on the city band wagon, cos doesnt matter wether its our team or theirs what been taken over cos its jus a billionaires hobby, doesnt matter what team he's took over cos its not the same 1 anymore.

    i like how we're progressin, although a little bit of money would help, but i believe the way we are doin things is the right way, it feels like i support a football club not jus some multi-million pound organisation. if we had all these millions an done a complete squad revamp it jus wouldnt be everton anymore, we are famous for our team spirit which i beleive leaks in to the stands and helps intensify our atmosphere, u only need to go on an old chelsea forum to see what real fans of there football club thought and not jus the sheep.

    we're the envy of every club below us tryin to compete in the prem, time and time again you hear managers come out and say they want to emulate everton/david moyes so am happy with progressin as same old everton

    as advertising goes, everton have done a very good job, and some greedy buggers from NZ are trying to cash in, if everton had offered to pay these maori tribes to do the dance which in there 'opinion' takes the piss out of there culture, i bet they would have done it with bells and whistles on.

    NZ wear an all black kit and perform a haka, everton promote our all black kit and did are own version of the haka, nothin to do with the fact the haka has a maori connection, jus because of the all blacks doin it and that we have an all black kit end of.

    any maori who is genuinely offended by this needs to join the politically correct police and then go write 100 lines of I AM SUCH A BORING LIFELESS TWAT WHO NEEDS TO GET A GRIP ON MY LIFE PRIORITIES on a black board

    city have bought the top 4s unwanted/squad players, which we have done 4 the past couple of years and built a team tthat has become the 5th best in the country. We need about 3 quility players which wud start at the top 4 clubs to compete. city need about 6 more and a class manager, and thats not goin to happen this transfer window

    For your info lad. I was stood in the Kippax when City were in the third tier of English football. And we were still getting 35,000 fans every game. I've been a true blue for 25 years. I was even born and raised on the very Lane that the COMS is now on (Hulme Hall Lane)

     

    Moyes (who i rate very highly) talks about loyalty and principles. He won't allow Lescott further his career mainly for those reasons. Yet we shall see just how loyal he is when United offer him old Bacon faces job when he retires. He'll have no such issues or hang ups then. You won't see his arse for dust.

     

    You say We are Inflating the market for other teams? Nonsense. If that was the case then Senderos (who you will get for 3 to 5 Million) would end up costing 10 to 12 Million. A lot of managers complain City are "blowing clubs out of the water" when it comes to transfers. Of course they don't like this. But apparently Moyes wants city to "Blow them out of the Water" to get Lescott!!! Hypocrites. £30 million for an average CB, Keep dreaming. Tell me one thing that We are doing that your own club (or anyone else's for that matter) wouldn't do in our situation.

     

    We have offered good money for a lad who obviously wants to move on. That money would have gone a long way to improving your own team. Everton will regret Moyse's foolish stubbornness before City will. We will simply move on to Upson (who is better defensively anyway) Personally now i would rather burn the Money that let that greedy Scotch freak of Nature profit from it.

     

    P.S. If you think City will only manage a top 10 finish this season you're nuts. Pretty much every one has us penned for 5th place. And to be honest. i think we can probably do even better. Everton Are Widely tipped to finish 6th to 8th.....Nuff said.

    jus like the media did with villa las year and spurs the year before, but who finish 5th in the end?

    i dont tend to be abusive but i go to uni in manchester and my opinion of city fans is that the majority are oasis worshiping cocks, with chips on there shoulders who know nothink about football.
