    I'd love Bent here and keep AJ - Yak, Bent, AJ, (Vic and Vaughan) - send one of the 2 youngsters out on loan - question marks over Vaughan's fitness still. We need quality options up top and I think this offers us plenty. When we lost Vaughan and AJ last season and Timmy was out it was obvious Yak needed a rest and Vic struggled. So if there is money whether it's ground related or whatever £8m for Bent is a good deal - saying this priority must be central midfield. If we signed Huddlestone, Johnson and Bent and one of Bentley/Milner/SWP/Lennon I for one would be delighted - think this would make a real statement. Quality young english players to add to the ones we already have.

     

    I totaly agree with you there.. i go back on selling AJ :P. JUst a quick point on Bent, look what happened with Defoe he wasnt getting picked and most clubs wouldnt touch him with a barge pole but Portmouth signed him up and hes doing wonders with Pompy so i belive Bent can do the same for us.. look at his record at Charlton id just hope hed do better than his brother did for us:P And i dont know who id rather have in the team Lennon or Bently.. Both different players, Lennon a fast, creative winger or Bently and decent cross and eye for the box. I think if we signed Bent then id go for Lennon. But saying that i still like Bently and his style of play, like David Beckham but not as camp:lol:.. but what he has over Beckham is a bit more speed so it leaves a bit of a perdicament. But if were linked with these types of players then it very exciting, i would even go as far to say that it makes up for the disapointment of the Arshavin business and Jo. So i would say go for the three Spurs boys, Bent, Lennon and Huddlestone.. and why not spend a bit more and bring in Bently, now thats a squad to look forward to :D

    It is a very good album isn't it? Lost! is probably my favourite from it.

     

    Yea it is.. it got to number one just by Viva la Vida(the song)

     

    yea thats good.. i like Viva la Vida best tough

     

    Saw them on the bbc gig they did on tv they looked amazing.. although slightly stonned abit :unsure:

    Well, Yakubu is a good man, but if everybody is talking about the TOP 4 it isnt done! All clubs there have top strikers like Torres, Drogba, Rooney, Tevez, Adebayor...

     

    We also need one main striker, a real goalgetter I think!

     

    Rooney couldnt hit a cows ass with a banjo... and carl i wouldnt say teves has scored less hes actually been good on goal this season get him and the yak up front thatd solve our problems:P

    I don't want to sound like a broken record.....broken record.....broken record.....broken record....but couple of points:

     

    - Comments about Everton were made by the player, not Moyes. (aka David Nugent syndrome)

    - Newspapers are generally not true when football transfers are in question.

     

    Not being picky, you are entitled to your opinion - ^^ this is mine :D

     

    No worries im just trying to be optimisting and think we can still sign him :P

    How do you know this????

     

    Before the euros started I didn't see any reason why we couldn't get him (apart from the usual wage problem) but now it would be an absolutely massive coup for us to get him. Would rather he went to Spain then end up lining up against us next season but I guess that will come clear at some point. I've been telling everyone I know how good he is for months and almost noone had heard of him, one things for sure, they have now!!!!

     

     

    it has been quoted in loads of websites and newspapers when weve beenlinked with him.. and if i can remember when he was interviewd about his future he was quoted to saying something like i love the setup here and i love the club.. im not sure on exactly what he said but it was somewhere along those lines

    Will hopefully get all the gossip tomorrow when I see him. He just said Cahill was there with all his family on the beach and Jags joined them after a bit.

     

    Goodo.. but will Cahill and Jagielka now anything and would they also tell someone they met on holliday?? you know how weird everton have been with transfers this season look at ramsay.. cardiff and the kid hiself admit we made a bid but the club denied it completly :huh:

    surely no one thinks we have a realistic chance of signing arshavin?

     

    Why not? were a promising team with a chance to push the top 4, playing in europe and also we have one thing the othes dont, we're his favourite team and we can promise him regular football unlike teams like chelsea where hell be sitting on the bench

     

    the only thing that will mean he moves is if he gets a lot more money than we can offer him.. but like David Villa said money isnt everything in football and i think other players are staring to relise this now

    Hadouken are amazing!.. do you like Enter Shikari they sound a bit like them without the slight screaming and the guitars

     

    Go on there MySpace all there good songs are on there :D

     

    Also Black Kids - Aint Gunna Teach Your Boyfriend How To Dance is a good song.. dont like there new one though bit wierd <_<
