HELL YEAH it would be a dream come true for the toffies to come to australia, i can guarantee if tim cahill played in an everton side against the likes of say sydney fc at ANZ stadium (olympic stadium) you would get a crowd of 40,000+

fellaini has been great so far, can't wait to see him get better and better my only concern... i still feel as though tim cahill is one of, if not, the most vital players to everton. i just hope that in fellaini coming it doesnt push cahill out of the starting XI on a regular basis, i hope moyes is able to have both of them in the starting team

i went to the australia vs new zealand game last night, australia running out winners 30-6. this tournament will be somewhat enjoyable to see who makes the semis out of the other groups, but im pretty sure us aussies will end up winning it =]

still would really love to see lorik cana filling the DM role, i rekon he would be the proper replacement for carlsey as he too is a hard working player with no fear

i stayed up late for this one back here in australia. in watching the first half, i was quite disappointed cause man utd were dominating us all over the park, nothing was happening for us. to our credit we only let them score once, howard, jagielka and yobo really putting in the hard yards to keep them out. second half - this was the best half of football i have seen them play, we got in there, earnt our possession, got a goal and by the end of it felt we probably could have won it. just watching every single everton player charging in for every 50/50 ball was magnificant, you could literally see the heart and determination to fight back in that game. if we can play like this every week, our season will most definately turn around for the better.

i think in this game as well, if ronaldo starts, id actually start baines as well. i remember from the same fixture last year when we played baines on ronaldo, ronaldo did fuck all on that day compared to what he usually does so i think we should do the same this time.

cahill is still suspended id say play saha in cahills absense, him and neville knows united's game the best out of all our players. id also probs take out anichebe and put in fellaini

i too was really surprised about this. but now thinking about it, if he wants to still play for england hes gonna have to play in a competition of a high standard and serie a will be good for him. speaking of which, if hes gonna do this every MLS offseason, say we have a flash new rich owner in 2010, maybe we should consider him on loan?? just a thought

its times like these i wished we'd signed lorik cana, this is the game youd use him in, play him on ronaldo, does one of those signature sliding tackles and ronaldo is out for the game

i guess youre right, i suppose i have too much faith in anybody who plays for everton maybe one day if he picks up his form, and the likes of those players arent available for a certain one off game he might get a chance

yeah i can't see him play for the english team, whilst im sure he'd fit in quite easily, i think his desire to play for spain is greater and hopefully for him will get the call up soon, its been a long time coming and he deserves his chance.

Certainly an important game for us, despite that unless we pull something incredible off i cant see us winning

well if we really wanted to be trendy and 'cool' we could always get adidas to do us an adidas original kit, doubt we'd ever get them to do it, but would be a high selling item

i think the idea of buying lars jacobsen was to replace hibbert, but considering jacobsen is injured until around christmas i cant see us buying another right back, hibbert and neville will have to do the job in the mean time. if jacobsen turns out to be a quality player then he should be our regular right back

im liking this attitude towards coming back to play, i think hes at a stage now where he'll do anything to play, looking forward to seeing him in upcoming matches hopefully
