  1. I'm pretty sure your right, it was 18 months ago so it's a bit late to be crying over it now.
  2. But that was different because Newcastle knew that liverpool had just received 50 million and that they were looking for a striker just hours before the deadline closed. I think the circumstances would be quite different with rodwell but it is true that since hes english we it should be a escalated price, just not sure about 30+ mil.
  3. its true that all we need is a few wins to move up towards those european spots. And its true that there have been a lot of "false dawns" this season. I think the team is just waiting for the season to have a turning point like the past couple of seasons. Maybe they're expecting it to happen rather than trying to make it happen.
  4. I agree with Rubecula, this is a huge match if we win confidence will be high and the table is quite tight above us at the moment. This is a great opportunity to start moving up the table but so was the Bolton match...
  5. There's definitely rumours of Chelsea being interested and I'm sure they are, Fellaini is an excellent, young player who is getting better. It remains to be seen how serious they're interest is and what kind of character Fellaini is. I personally don't think he's leaving and I would be gutted if he did but if he does go to chelsea at least well get some money for him. Unless this turns out to be another pienaar situation.
  6. I suppose we have a good recent record against city but as someone said that has to come to an end soon. We beat Villa in teh cup 2 years ago but you can't really go off of one game. Either way we have to win against reading and confidence has clearly escalated hopefully this can spur us to win against sunderland. By the way Romey 1878, i like your picture/video thing. Nice choice.

    Greetings

Thanks everyone for the welcome. I've only ever been to Goodison once for a friendly against PSV a couple of years ago but I hope to one day go to a premier league match.

That's a good question. Radzinski was a big influence since he is one of the most talented players that a horrendous canadian team has seen. But as I was actually born in Australia originally before moving to Canada(and then back) I was captivated by Timmy Cahill at Germany 2006, especially with no Canada to support in the world cup.

Hello everyone, my name is Jesse and I'm an Everton supporter from Canada but I just recently moved to Australia. I joined recently and I have to say I've been very impressed with the website's design. So yeah, I'm just introducing myself.
  10. Definitely Baines or Howard. And you make a good point "Carlmc25, we need some pace down that left wing. Billy has quality on the ball but his movement isn't the best.
  11. I hope that Yakubu gets another chance at Everton and if he does go then I really hope its more than 4-5 mil becasue i think he's better than that.
  12. I have to agree with Wallwriter
  13. I hope that beckford plays, Moyes doesn't seem to like starting him much but I think that with regular games he could be quite good and anichebe had one of his worst ever matches for everton against bolton.
  14. As others before me have eluded to Osman and Hibbert will definitely stay, they're loyal and they're very professional and I doubt we would get much for either of them so they would be better kept as squad players at least. And I think people forget that osman is actually a very gifted technical player. Also on the actual link there were some comments and quite a few people seemed to think that Fellaini would be leaving this summer. What do you think?
