Well!! It's official. We are in the relegation battle according to sky sports. Although we lead the way on stats for most the ones we are bottom of are more concerning!!! Fewest tackles (more possession but signs of lack of effort) Shooting accuracy (well we have seen this but the stats don't bode well in comparison to others I don't ever believe we will get relegated but neither did most teams that did!!!

God it's good to see Naismith back. We just seem to have a better all around energy with him in the side.

Dunno about anyone else but kone seems to have a lot more about him than lukaku. Good control, good hold up play and accurate along with working hard

Listen to all of yee. While moyes was there yee all complain about not playing football. Now we Are arguably one of the best footballing sides with more fire power than Liverpool who could have won the league. Granted it's not all fireing but we have seen glimpses of it and it's great to see like against Lille. Nobody but chelsea is performing and I still think we will get going more than Anyone else is likely too so give it a rest!!!!

First time I have seen everton have two scary looking centre forwards and both scored. Sure lukaku could be better but he still scores!!! And the bench looked impressive too and I would say it scared burnley seeing us bring in the likes of Barkley!! Best squad in a long time. Hope we can really kick off from here!!!

It's hard to believe how negative we have become after such a great year last year!!! Have we just been found out? This is a real chance to put a lot right! Back to good performances even if we loose would make me feel better!!

Without coleman and McCarthy I fear we are going to see a similar performance to Russia but we are up against a lot better this time so I really do fear this one. Not as confident a feeling as there was going into the same fixture last season!!!

Look at the other keepers in the league. The only reason we are so hard on Howard is because he is usually so good. Keepers all make mistakes, all have bad days and all know exactly when they should have saved something. I wouldn't swap him for any other keeper in the league simply because we ignore the good he does too much. He has even improved his passing ability under Martinez. In the air he is excellent which is hard to find in this league. And shot stopping is a big frame to beat. Next!!!

It looks as if even though March was a good month for results its been the worst for injuries. Fellani gone for season Arteta out for prob another 4 weeks Saha looks to be gone with ankle ligaments judging by what he says about soreness so thats at least 6 weeks Rodwell and Coleman gone now for a couple of weeks possibly maybe more Yakubu and Vaughan are gone on loan so Beckford is the last one left officially speaking. ITs looking really tight for the last few weeks although one has to wonder will that up the perfomances more as for the oddest reason we play well against the odds and get little luck when we have a full squad. Not looking forward to the run in if this list grows!! Lads really need to pull some results outta the bag now!! I think all these ankle issues are too much work on astro or false surfaces as they are really hard on ankles or else the training ground/pitches are too soft. Eitherway it sucks!

Thats a grade 2 so prob anything from 3-6 weeks I would imagine. So good guess is he is gone for a month and then will take another month to get back into things and sure thats the season over so hes out for the season!!

I think we need to stop sounding like liverpool talking about the past and think what we are going to do now. I actually think we went out against Reading thinking we had it in the bag and got stung. We have been playing well. Possibly Beckford getting dropped for being late disturbed things and changed are game plan too late in the day but I agree that rules are rules regardless of traffic its up to you to know if there is traffic!! As for all the glume and moaning. One thing I am proud about being a toffee is sticking by the team no matter what and not whinging about things. We have to accept we dont have money and we just need to do our bit and get behing the team as its the only thing keeping good players here. If that goes then we can kiss goodbye to Fel and Baines and I honestly think the Neviller thought about spurs!! The fans passion has a good hold on players!! Especially when you know there is no money coming!!
