Everton_Worshiper
Hello fellow blues... I am going to be running in the 10km Bupa Great Run in Manchester on May 18th 2008. More information on the Bupa Great Run can be found here http://www.greatrun.org/ and more specifically for the Manchester run here http://gmr.realbuzz.com/. I will be running on behalf of the registered charity (299679) SANDS (Stillbirth & Neonatal Death Society) and hoping to raise as much money as I can for them. So far I have been using official paper sponsorship forms but have now opened this up so people can sponsor me quickly & easily by using http://www.justgiving.com/rhyskirk. Why am I doing this? My aunty unfortunately had a still birth about 4 years ago and to this day she still turns to SANDS for advice and support; she is now expecting a new baby boy to be born around the date of the Great Run so I thought it would be a fitting tribute to run on behalf of the charity that has helped her through her difficult times. I will be running the whole way round without stopping dressed in SANDS running gear so look out for me on the television on the day. For more information on SANDS please visit: http://www.uk-sands.org/ For more information on the Great Run please visit: http://www.greatrun.org/ If you want anymore information then please feel free to post in this thread or send me a PM Thanks for taking the time to read this
