MikeO
Forget Moscow, this is the really big one! Bristol City v Hull. £60m riding on it....the richest club game ever in the history of the game according to the BBC (though I can't imagine any international game was ever worth more). My dad will be turning in his grave (became a Rovers fan when he moved to the West Country) but I have to hope Bristol do it!
scouse
I hope Hull do it for Nicky Barmby

zequist
60 million pounds and guaranteed that just about every preseason preview is going to refer to them as "next year's Derby."
MikeO
Never mind that JD! Mike's house to Bristol 59 miles. Mike's house to Hull 280 miles.
Bill
60 million pounds and guaranteed that just about every preseason preview is going to refer to them as "next year's Derby." YES IT CERTAINLY DOES THEM A GOOD TURN ONCE THEY GET INTO THE PREM. A guaranteed 30 MILLION IF THEY FINISH BOTTOM, PLUS A RELEGATED PARACHUTE PAYMENT OF 22 M, PLUS ANY TV appearance money, plus greater gate reciepts and season ticket sales means its well worth coming up and staying just one season, who cares if they stay or go, it will make the club financially sound. scouse
Their team is poor they need a new team if they are to stay up next season. The Gap is just getting bigger and bigger between Championship and the Prem.
