troy8
I would be very welcome to him if I was Chelsea, he is a fantastic manager, certainly did wonders for us Aussies at the World Cup

holystove
So was (is?) Scolari....that's why they gave him the job . well Hiddink did it with really crappy teams like South Korea and Australia ... Scolari had Brasil and Portugal, not that tough a job. CanadaToffee
Hiddink now likely to take over for the rest of the season, then go back to Russia while Roman finds someone else - smart of Hiddink, he has nothing to lose and not there long enough to be fired. aaron
I think Frank Rijkaard should get the job, quality manager.
dark
Gus Hiddink 5/2 Frank Rijkaard 7/2 David Moyes 7/2 Jose Mourinho 6/1 Martin O'Neill 14/1 If I was a Chelsea fan then they^ would be the people that I would be hoping for. Moyes and O'Neill are currently in the Premiership, on good form and have shown to the world their skills. They do deserve the job even though I doubt they will get it. Hiddink and Rijkaard would be a good replacement too, Frank has made some quality changes at FC Barcelona and made them into one of the biggest forces in Europe. A couple of years back when they had Ronaldinhio & co. on top form they were un-beatable. Mourinhio would be another good option but I highly doubt that he will walk out on Inter Milan for Chelsea at this moment in time.
