JimmyLineker
If Arteta had have played in the final I think you would have seen a different Everton side at Wembley. When Arteta plays in the centre of midfield Everton don't lose many games. Also, has anyone noticed Cahill's goals have dried up since Artetas' injury? He is Everton's own Fabregas but slightly better!
aaron
Why is this in the rumour section? And why is there a link at the top? Sillyness if I ever did see...
Adpom
If Jags was in the team we would have won. If Arteta was in it then maybe. Depends if he felt like playing an if he could boss midfield, which against Chelsea we didn't. Cahill been in Mid more since Jo turned up an Saha got fit, thats why he stopped scoring. Romey 1878
You can't say we'd have won with so and so in the side. Also, Arteta disappears in the big games so unless he was going to change for that one game then if we'd have won it wouldn't have been down to him. Guest efctaxi
If Kaka had been in the team , would we have won ? Sorry to be blunt , but it's a bit of a pointless discussion .
