L_Blue
well we have no money now unless Bill magically pulls it out of his arse so unless the price drops down to pence we still have no chance.
Romey 1878
It would have to drop down to about £2million which is never going to happen
john_webby
no harm in asking though is there for a loan deal although i know very doubtful
Mac
I think some people are still going on about him because he is seen as a "flair" player and that is what some people think we are missing. I have said that I like the boy, but he still has to convince me about his ability to stay fit. As for SWP, I would love him, but I feel he is a London boy and will want to stay down there, never mind about a fee for him, we COULD NOT afford his wages. Adams
Mac has said it we couldnt unless we got him on loan and we didnt have to pay all his wages
Romey 1878
If Chelsea were that desperate to get him out of the club then Im sure they would be willing to pay half of his wages while he was with us.
Adams
But there not desprate to let him go Shaun Wright-Phillips claims his struggle to hold down a first-team place has made him better.
Romey 1878
If they're willing to make a £9million loss on a player to get him out of the club I'd say that shows they're desperate to let him go. And they offered him to Athletico Madrid in oart exchange for Torres.
Adams
The reason they are making a £9 million loss is cause hes hardly played so they cant ask them for money they paid for him from Man City
