Yes Everton is poor and a bit rundown, but the sense of community still exists under the surface. People are good mostly even with the lack of money and investment. Cake Posted May 1, 2016 Report Share Posted May 1, 2016 I'm Everton valley there is a clear sign saying "curb crawlers beware, police patrol this area" now without sounding snobby that sort of sums up the area, it is deprived and really does need investment.
