Louis Posted December 24, 2006 Report Share Posted December 24, 2006 I think it'd be a good idea if someone like ITN interupted a prominent program on christmas eve such as corrie or emmerdale with "breaking news". I think they should play dumb and say that a man has been seen flying with a sledge and a large bag with 12 deer pulling it in the sky and experts are trying to figure out who it is. Kids'll be thinking to themselves "its santa!" I just think it'd be good to see kids get excited with something like that happening and it'd be proof to those kids who doubt santa What do you reckon? thebluenose Posted December 28, 2006 Report Share Posted December 28, 2006 yeh fantastice idea. but with all these 24hour news programmes there is no need for interupting programmes. they normally just have a message which scrolls along the bottom of the screen which says turn to bbc news channel for breaking news.
