Louis
February 7th Nigeria will play Ghana in London. It would be ideal for him imo because it means 7hr flight to and from Lagos. In my opinion their coach Augustine Eguavoen is more likely to pick players based in UK than those based in the Nigeria which could be a huge benefit to Vic and he can only benefit from international experience. BLUE-TAC
Reckon he'll be included in squad after some words of encouragement from yobo - isn't he captain?
Louis
He is indeed.. he could have words.. as I say it wouldn't hurt Vic's confidence and the international experience will be invaluable.
thebluenose
even if he gets 10 mins. itl boost his confidence and that can only be good for him. if he scores even better for him.
fcssl
it would be nice to see the young lad figure, however I just hope he doesn't get injured. I love watching our players on the international stage, but its always with my heart in my mouth.
Louis
He didn't get the call.. Amokachi might include him in his Flying Eagles squad in the future though. I wonder if he will be called up for the Canada u-20 tournament at the end of the season? It'd very good to have an Everton representative. The club have ties in Canada so they could promote their name somehow whilst its on surely.

Louis
You're not wrong Steve. The coach said it's too last minute to involve him now but will call him up next time.
StevO
it must be a good incentive (for vic and for micky) when the national coaches let them know they arent far away
