I was driving through this village the other day, the road was covered in"No Passing" and "No Overtaking" signs and i came up behind this slow moving Cyclist. It took me over Half an Hour to get through the Village. Probs one for the Learner Drivers to answer. What would you have done. ???????? . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . WHY TAKE UNNECESSARY RISKS ....
