  1. Pat - if you find him, dont let him leave without writing a fat cheque out to one W. Kenwright. here you go Louis, there must be plenty of kopites in SA, we'll theres none here in Liverpool, they must be somewhere! Hi, my name is Stephen. I am a member of an Evertonian internet forum called www.toffeetalk.com We are quite a large community of Evertonians with almost 2000 members (1905 at this very moment). I'm not emailing you to ask for money for the forum, or anything untoward like that. Basically, i'm going to be a little bit cheeky. There is currently a rumour going around, coming from an article in The People by Alan Nixon, about you having an interest in buying our great club. We understand you, like ourselves, are a massive Evertonian. And with your business knowledge, being a blue and also your good charity work, you are pretty much a dream candidate. So i was wondering if it would be possible for you to give us a quote regarding this rumour. I totally understand if you do not want your business being splashed around in public, but if you could comment at all we would be most grateful, or even if you were to register on our site and post a comment publicly that would be welcome. I hope you don't find this email too intrusive. Thank you, and keep up the good work. Kindest Regards, Stephen Bracken (StevO) www.toffeetalk.com

  5. I fancy Nurnburg away, nice place Germany Bakayoko plays for Larissa! Fatih Tekke, who we have been linked with a few times, plays for Zenit.

  7. i took it upon myself to email the guy last nite, got a reply from his PA this morning. Dear Stephen Mr. Kilbride is not in our Cape Town office this week and is leaving for Brisbane Australia on Friday, he will be back in SA on the 5th November. He picks up his mail fairly frequently, but it is also diverted to me as his PA, while he travels around. Obviously it is not appropriate for me to comment on any stories that involve his business interests, but I am sure he will reply to you directly when informed of your interest. We all know at WARWICK that he is a passionate Everton fan, as every time they win he pins an Everton banner and scarves across our reception area and generally appears to be a lot happier, personally I think it is just to annoy those at WARWICK who support Liverpool! Take care Regards Wendy van der Merwe PA to Ian Kilbride Chairman and CEO The Warwick Group
  8. no doubt it will be great, awaiting pay day to find out!
  9. no problem mate. there is only one thing more temperamental than car electrics. (no guessing please) most of the time its best to just try a few things and see what happens, i guarantee if it happens again it will be a different nonsence procedure that fixes the thing. happy to help mate
  10. i think it just means how many you have in your selected team. messi played in a fair few CL games where teams are unrestricted, but they couldnt always squeeze him in the league games, then he got a spanish passport
  11. we could do with that guy in our midfield. recon he can pass a round ball?
  12. looking a little deeper on the warwick site i found this little bit of info. WARWICK says he rermains a commited evertonian, also looks like his dad is a director of his company, and also a shareholder in everton fc. these guys do a lot for charity, seems like decent people, know how to take care of finances, and are evertonians. seems ideal to me
  13. didnt think that would be your cup of tea mate! im going to see him again in about 6weeks
  14. i like the idea of limiting non eu players in your squad. cant see it coming off thou
  15. some entertaining games this weekend. hate rugby, but loved this and the last world cup. football could learna bit from them
  16. brazil will be interesting, cant wait. i dont understand how we could see on the tv he needed new skins, but the pits didnt do anything about it. he didnt really need to start the battle with kimi, not when second place would have been enough and bald tyres. hopefully he can still pull it off. quick tip - put your money on kimi to win the 08 title
  17. nigel martyn has said that yobo doesnt talk much/enough. i hope he steps up and sorts it out, the defence for nigeria is his resonsibility as captain, he needs to do it for the blues. the potential is there, just needs to be nurtured through asap
  18. what position does this kid play? and how old is he?
  19. too early for me to judge everything so badly. big sam will always have teams hard to beat at home.
  20. id much rather see the honours given to our military to be honest. im not gunna go off on a war rant, but if its for people that have contributed to britain, the lads and lasses fighting and dieing for britain deserve it more than sports stars imo
  21. come on craccer - you might be up on slander charges, so get some practise in. prove that you know hes a twit
  22. i wouldnt think so, im sure baines knows hes our number one left back, as he should be!
  23. i find it strange that knighthood can come to a sportsman. once upon a time it was the biggest honour you could achieve to be knighted by the queen. i think these things get thrown around a little easy for my liking. there are much more deserving people who should be honoured, not necessarily knighted but obe and mbe maybe.
