  1. Bent was talking crap to the media. He can't score goals on one to one situation, can't control the ball and pass it well when it is necessary, do not have the passion to work hard when come on the pitch, feels frustrated by the balls passed to him cos he can't run off defenders. Bent no more... sold him to League One club. maybe he can perform there....
  2. So a new quality striker will defintely be brought in to Goodison since Big Dunc consider to retire in January. Is it a good news ??
  3. I just hope VDM be back sooner rather than later... and display his good form during his Ajax and early Inter days at Goodison Park. He must be scoring few goals by then.... at the Shite...
  4. Ya... Phil's a real football pro. in and off the pitch Hope he can be our team captain soon.,
  5. I thought James Vaughan already recover from his injury in late November as we all expected... but still I haven't heard any news that he is fit or started training. What is going on with him.... any idea ? he's not in the bench or reserve game.
  6. I think we all should forget the West ham game and start support them for the Bolton match on Saturday.
  7. Larson's agent said that the player will be going back to his home country, Sweden and plays in lower leagues if he signs for another club before retirement. So, I don't think he be coming to the Premiership even he quits Barca.
  8. ALAN STUBBS wants to return to Everton – just six months after his bitter departure from Goodison Park. The former Blues skipper walked out on Everton in the summer, angrily claiming that the club tried to insert a get-out clause in his new contract if his cancer returned. Stubbs, whose testicular cancer has been in remission for the last few years, joined Sunderland on a free transfer in August, but the boyhood Evertonian is now keen to come back to Merseyside. The 34-year-old, who is due back in action next week from a groin injury, has struggled to settle on Wearside and still commutes regularly to his family in Liverpool. He has also become disillusioned by Sunderland’s woeful season and Mick McCarthy’s side are odds-on to be relegated after managing just one win on their return to the Premiership. The former Celtic star hopes Sunderland will let him rejoin Everton during next month’s transfer window either for free or a nominal fee. A source close to Stubbs said: “Alan is unhappy at Sunderland and things have not worked out how he had hoped when he went there in the summer. “His family are still on Merseyside and he finds the travelling up and down between home and Sunderland very difficult. What do you think about Stubss joining back Toffees ... ? I think Stubbs is a way better than Weir. At least a better Captain...
  9. 4-4-2(First 11): ---------------------------Wright------------------------------ Hibbert---------Yobo--------------Kroldrup----------Neville Arteta---------Davies------------Cahill--------------Kilbane -----------------Beattie---------McFadden------------------ Subs : Turner, Ferguson, Weir, Osman, Li Tie 2-0 to the Toffees..... Good luck
  10. A quality striker is a priority in january. And a defender.
  11. "Keane going to Celtic" is still not confirmed as reported. Unless he's signed the contract and took a photo with Celtic jersey carrying his name & number, I believe it is somewhat rumours, just like Madrid case.
  12. Weir is slow... And he's played out of position and didn't mark the ball in his position when the Hammers crossed the ball into the box at one dangerous moment, Yobo cleared the ball instead of Weir. So, do we still need Weir be in the First 11. should sit on the bench.

i woke up early morning to hope that Everton will win. And when BT netted an early goal against Hammers, i thought they gonna win this game. maybe continue to net 1 or 2 goals and defend their lead. The first 15 minutes, they played well. But..... Weir is too old and slow as we all know. He's experienced defender but his own goal really sucks. Wright also furious at that goal conceded. It was simply not a good cross from hammers, but a stupid easy goal kicked in by Weir. 1-1 now. Then i started to think, a draw might be enough, and we just need to defend them from scoring. 2nd half performance was lousy, just like the Westbrom game. They couldn't pass the ball, almost half of them was long ball and dispossed by hammers players. Weir also responsible for the 2nd goal, cos he lost possession to that Harewood (watever) and lead to throw in later on that him and Valente didn't mark properly, Zamora should been marked. At the end, he netted that rebounded ball. 1-2 to hammers. After that goal, the players simply had no ideas to attack. Just long ball and lost possession, and big Dunc had his chance to score but his header simply not good enough. Davies also...Arteta should have started, not Osman. He's come in too late to save the Blues from a defeat. McFadden injured early, here came Bent.. so what can I say about him.... BENT no more. So, they at least need to win 3 games and 1 draw from the last 4 fixtures in december to climb to top half of table. DM need to bring in few quality players in january. A central midfielder, a striker and a centre back.

McFadden, Arteta and Beattie scoring against Westham. -----------------------Wright-------------------------- Hibbert--------Yobo------------Weir---------Valente Arteta--------Davies----------Neville--------Kilbane ---------------Beattie---------McFadden------------- Bench : Turner, Osman, Ferguson, Kroldrup, Li Tie NO MORE BENT for this game,
  15. SAM'S KEANE OFFER By Alan Nixon BOLTON boss Sam Allardyce made Roy Keane a contract offer last night and hopes to have the financial power to see off Everton and even Real Madrid. Bolton tabled their bid which would be worth around £30,000-a-week - or £2.5million in total to the former Manchester United skipper (right) over the next 18 months. The Wanderers offer is more than Everton were willing to pay as they need to hold back some cash to fund a new striker. Bolton and Everton are also lifted by news that Real Madrid are only willing to offer £25,000-a-week to Keane for six months. The Premiership rivals expect an answer in the next 72 hours.
  16. Keane move on hold - Agent Roy Keane's representative has insisted the former Manchester United captain will not be making a decision about his future until Wednesday or Thursday. Real Madrid have been widely tipped to win the race for the 34-year-old's signature following his departure from Old Trafford last month after a glittering 12-year career. However Michael Kennedy told the Manchester Evening News that reports suggesting Keane had already passed a medical at Madrid were "completely wrong". Bolton, Everton and West Ham have made no secret they would love to have Keane on board and keep him closer to home. While Madrid have emerged as favourites to sign Keane, Everton and Bolton have not given up hope that he may still prefer to stay in the north-west.
  17. Real deny Keane reports December 12, 2005 La Liga giants Real Madrid have denied weekend reports that Roy Keane has already completed a medical at the club – but admit they are interested in signing the 34-year-old. Real jumped to the head of the queue to sign Keane at the weekend, with reports in Spain, notably prominent Madrid sports newspaper Marca, claiming he had passed a medical on Saturday. Doubts were cast on the accuracy of those reports on Sunday night, and Real have denied that the Cork man had yet been examined by the club’s medical officers. But they remain interested, although there are no plans to put Keane’s physical condition to the test in the coming days. A spokesperson for Real said: “Roy is on a list of possible signings we are discussing. Nothing has been decided so far and he has not passed a medical, nor will he do so in the next couple of days. “What is true is that the player was offered to the club around a month ago and because of his characteristics he is the sort of player that interests the technical staff. "They are going to sit down in seven or eight days and decide on who, if anyone, the club will sign when the transfer window opens.” Source from Irish Soccer.
  18. Cahill and Arteta suspended, VDM is injured for 4 weeks and Martyn has a minor injury. So, i think we should start with this line-up against Manure. 4-1-4-1: ---------------------------Wright---------------------------- Hibbert----------Yobo---------------Weir-----------Valente --------------------------Neville----------------------------- Osman--------Davies-------------Kilbane----------McFadden --------------------------Beattie----------------------------- Result prediction : Man Utd 0 - 1 Everton
  19. -------------------------Martyn------------------------- Hibbert--------Yobo----------Kroldrup--------Kilbane Arteta---------Osman--------Neville--------Van der Meyde ----------------Beattie--------Bent-------------------- Substitute : Wright, Weir, Li Tie, McFadden, Davies
  20. The ToffeeWeb website is more worse and negative than this site.....
  21. Get Keane or Nugent during Jan transfer window. And also the Icelandic striker as well as Gravesen if he wants to come back... Offload McFadden or Bent.... McFadden probably...
  22. how about a 6 month loan for him ? then see how it goes.....
  23. I think Bent has more attacking flair and pace to get forward, even he doesn't hold the ball well at times. And he has an eye on goal too more than Big Dunc. Big Dunc's pace is getting undone by his older age, except for winning headers and some motivation.
  24. Ferrari is way better than Pistone as leftback and more attacking flair. Moreover, he's a center-back actually, who has his versatility. So i hope he will be a permanent Toffees after the end of this season.
  25. And now RS got dumped out from Carling Cup 3rd round and lost 1-4 and 0-2 to chelski and fulham in the league. and their strikers haven't scored from open goal in the League and haven't win on away matches yet.
