I don't want to sound condescending here but some of the posters on here that think finishing top six instead of 11th and a cup is what they want have never experienced Everton winning a trophy and especially a cup win in a final. I think Koeman has the mentality that if you're a player you should be used to playing twice a week if you want to be successful I.e in Europe and going far in domestic cups.
