I'm of the same opinion Jamie. I knew Scolari would do fuck all but I'm not as sure about that with Ancelloti, I think he might win something but not the title. -
It's not his personal problems that are the reason I think this deal is unlikely. I just don't see us spending £7million (staggered or not) on a player that won't come straight into the first team when we're crying poverty.

Until he gets match fit he's a bit of a headless chicken though. Hopefully he'll get a good pre-season under his belt (fingers crossed) and show his quality. I've been saying we need pace in our side for a long time, and hopefully that will coincide with us rebuilding our right side because Osman and Hibbert aren't good enough.
