My birthday today and I would love nothing more than 3 points tonight as a present. Apparently watching Everton on sky is not a sociable enough thing to do on my birthday therefore I have to go for a meal with the girlfriend instead. Bloody women! I'll sky plus it and try my best not to check for score updates on my phone all night. Will be bloody hard though. Planning on watching it after I get back. Really hope we go for it tonight and catch them on the counter. Feel anichebe could have a beastly night tonight and absolutely torment their centre backs. Here's hoping anyway. Enjoy the game lads!

Always believed Vic had it in him and I'm very glad that he's now playing well. He was an absolute tank yesterday, made Dawson and Caulker look very average. Gutted he didn't finish that chance off or it would have been a complete performance IMO. So impressed with his work rate these days. Remember a few times yesterday we were under pressure and Vic came back to win us the ball. If he adds a couple more goals to his game then he'd be a very very good player.

Osman had a shocker today. The amount of times we got ourselves into good positions and his pass was underhit/overhit or chose the wrong one was ridicilous. He gave Baines no protection whatsoever when he moved onto the wing. Gutted.

Neil Taylor's a very good player. Very solid and very good positionally. Young Ben Davies is gonna be a good player as well. Yet again very solid and good on the ball. As you say we never do go for the kill. That ridicilous stat of winning ZERO out of something like 48 games away to either Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool has to say something. We either lack major self-belief away to top sides or Moyes is a very negative manager....

I must admit I was jealous seeing Swansea win that cup today. I was also so impressed with the way they played, the way they pass the ball is brilliant. I had a long thought if we were in that final today, would we have won 5-0?? Personally I don't think so. I could see us grinding out a result with a few goals from set pieces. Based on that match yesterday I think we definately need more pace and flair in midfield and attack. I'm fed up of the lack of pace we have on the counter attack away from home, we have none whatsoever. I hope Moyes stays and we get some money in the summer to buy some young, fresh, quick and exciting players. But then again I know deep down, there's a very slim chance that that's gonna happen.

Always the same. Shut up shop and grind out a 1-0 away win against a team like Norwich. No disrespect to them but we should have gone for it 2nd half and beaten them 2 or 3 nil.

Had enough of these shite performances recently. We have no pace what so ever going forward. Our 2 quickest players are a centre back and a right back and one of them is 35 years old. Had enough of the negative tactics and atm we don't even look like a team that's going to score. Absolutely fuming.
