  1. At least Yobo is better than any Hibbert or Neville at CB
  2. It's official. Yak's moving to Leicester. On loan?? Come on! 1. We're desperate in need of a striker who can score goals. And we get rid of one of ours. 2. We're deseprate in need of money. And we get rid of one of our players for free, and we still have to pay his wages (probably). 3. We could have very much used Yakubu as a backup for Saha through the rest of the season instead of giving him away for free. How will we create funds to buy new players if we just send them out on loans?? Oh, and I want Yobo back, btw. I REALLY hope we'll get good money for him if he signs on a permanent deal! ...or am I missing something here?
  3. Probably to bring on some fresh attacking feet to counter..
  4. I say bring on Heitinga and strengthen the centre midfield.. and maybe some pace up front would be good for counter-attacks... Bilya? Becks?
  5. Heitinga needs to replace Neville... I just can't believe he puts the World Cup finalist on the bench over a player who misses lots of passed and slows down counter-attacks each game...
  6. No wonder we don't score when Yakubu keeps making the wrong decisions.... Osman was all free!
  7. http://www.evertonfc.com/news/archive/2010/09/26/nev-yak-form-imminent Even more jibber-jabba
  8. http://www.dixies60.com/2010/08/09/crouch-in-yak-out/ Nononono!! I'd rather keep Yakubu!
  9. http://followeverton.com/2010/08/07/arteta-signs-new-deal/ PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE!!
  10. Thanks for the information, makes me at ease
  11. I've never said anything about not being ambitious. It's the hinting at other, "bigger" clubs that frustrates me. He's an honest lad, if all this has really come from his mouth, and I'll praise him for that. But perhaps he should focus more on reaching his ambitions and goals in Everton, and not talk about leaving our club. It's quite simple. Journalist asks: "If you had a chance, would you play for a bigger club?". He could answer, and perhaps should have, with honesty: "Yes. BUT. my focus and loyalty lie with Everton at the moment, and I hope to reach those goals with the club." Instead, media (and perhaps himself) is saying that his ambitions lie elsewhere. THAT is what disturbs me. Much talk about people going could distract the other players in the squad. I really hope they're not paying attention to it at all. We all know what happened to our squad during the Lescott-saga last year (+ of course our numbers of injuries)... Hey, I know it's the Silly Season, and I know how Silly Season always tears Everton FC apart. But let's hope for once things will stay calm and quiet. With Mucha and Beckford already in, things have worked fine this far. At least on players joining us..
  12. I was just about to post the same link. What's happening? Is media just trying to mess around with us as always, or is Heitinga the one messing? it's really disrupting!! I'd hate to see another start of the season in turmoil...
  13. We're gonna be the laughing stock in both Manchester, Red Liverpool and London. Why do the designers think pink is so AWFULLY cool? Or is it just to frighten the opponents? And the design of it is not exactly creative. I think this jersey would increase morale in the opposition's dressing room, and decrease it in ours..
  14. Get lost, City! Don't ruin our start of the season again!!
  15. Out: Not sure. Anichebe has shown good qualities when he's been on, so I've started believing in him. In: Creative and Pacy Right Back Creative and Pacy Winger (Landon Donovan) Frequent Goalscorer Backup Centreback Backup Goalkeeper I'd like both Senderos and Donovan to sign permanent deals. New Striker and Right Back should definately be the most important, I think.

    Man Utd

My wish would be: Howard Coleman - Heitinga - Yobo - Baines Donovan - Arteta - Pienaar - Bilyaletdinov Osman Saha I'd like to see Osman in his very good AM-position, Bilyaletdinov used while we have the chance. He has the pace to take out Gary Neville or whoever plays on that right back now.. Neville out of the team, give Coleman a chance. Although this is Man Utd, so Neville will probably play because of his experience. But this time he HAS to improve. If not, Coleman should play that role more often. With Distin, I get nervous every time he has the ball, so I'd let Yobo play if he's fit to do so.
  17. I haven't been in here for ages, so I took a chance hehe
  18. Is Phil Neville good enough for this team? I think he isn't. I mean, he's good for team-spirit and motivation, but there is NO creativity or pace in that man. Which, in my opinion, a right-back should have. His crosses are not that good either.. so.. will Heitinga take his place as soon as Jags is back? Cahill for captain!
