I disagree here, he sets the players mental state before the game and getting the players to perform is his job. Ive been a staunch Moyes fan in the past but these embarrassments show somewhere hes going wrong and there is no sign of improvement. As for Newell, he hasnt enough experience to manage a club our size we need a tough and respected experienced man, even if its just to avoid relegation.
