I agree , more than a few come across as frustrated forwards .
However there have been a few Argentinean defenders that have been so tough they make Terry Butcher look like Michael Owen .
-
I noticed the magic number dropped to two also . While I'm slightly miffed at that , I would be happy with two top class signings . Overjoyed with 3 but disappointed with any bloody loans .

Nothing new here as Haf has been telling us this stuff for years but it's a good read for those who are fortunately not in know. Yes I know it's the Mirror.

Really lucky. Packed lift couldn't get in, ended up getting next one with Reidy - no one else the poor bastard. As I say, gent, aside from ebbrell the best I've met yet.
Loved Reid as a player, absolutely loved him.
I met Beardsley and he seemed overjoyed to be asked about his Blue's days. Seemed genuinely fond of his memories at Goodison.
The real purpose of posting this is to ask if you have a post regarding your meeting with Ebbrell from before? John was mt favourite player growing up and his interviews were quite rare so it would be very interesting to hear your thoughts on you meeting him, thanks.
Regarding Tom, I am somewhat confident he will do a decent job as he has the tools and we know what the Goodison crowd (when properly motivated) can do for a players confidence.

Great to hear , thanks tenacious .

I'm stuck at work at the moment , is Alcaraz doing okay ?
-
This is the first time I have watched a live Conference on the site . Is this a common occurrence ?
-
Apparently he is eligible to play as a home grown player now for Chelski's Champions League squad . I can see why he has a certain importance to Jose now as they don't have a great number of useful youngsters .
-
Seems a very complicated state of affairs. If we buy , we have to loan him back ?
-
He was shit at Maidstone ffs!!
I remember him playing for Maidstone in a friendly against Margate. He was beaten repeatedly by some forward in his late 30's . Wish I could remember his name.

Gutted Chris and Jimmy have gone. Steve. ...not so much.

If we are selling Felli and we are using future funds then so be it, but this would be the right way of doing our business so we aren't held to ransom.
excited to see what he can offer!
I really hope this is isn't a portent of Felliani's sale. Unless he sells him and gets another couple of half decent players , I don't think it would be much of a trade off. However , I shall give Saint Bill , the benefit of the doubt and salute his brilliant piece of business. Not a bad price for a top player.
Sky sports update: Harry Redknapp has just been interviewed with his head out of his Range Rover window
"Really am surprised he's not coming to us today, I need to work on my scouts - Henry Winter, David Maddocks, Oliver Holt, they have got alot of answering to do. They are usually good boys, really they usually are, they normally let me know who Everton are interested in signing, I then go to their agent, sort out a sweetner, stick them on daft wages and bingo they come to the club and £100k goes to my dog from the inflated signing on fee.
He's a good boy is... whats his name again?, Fer? yeah he's a top top player"
HaHa brilliant. TBH , as soon as I read it on the BBC website I thought of Harry straight away . Not a completed deal so he still has time.

Wonder if Moyes had second thoughts or he did'nt get the financial backing needed. He looked a decent player too. Shame.
-
Sooooo, did anyone notice a shadow like figure in the directors box today or any rich looking fella talking the sainted one?
-
Is it out yet? Does he mention when he came back on the pitch to sit in the goal to protest about something? What was that about?
-
Phew, I hope he is offered a new contract before the end of the season.
-
All I'm hoping for is there won't be any more sales. Especially "an Arteta" when we sell a big player without chance of signing a replacement due to "time " restrictions.
-
Hibbert is not blessed with huges amounts of technical ability but by god does he do well with what he's got. He shocked me when he played centre too.

The currant bun says the same. If it's true, this is gonna be an exciting time for us.
-
So did Arteta and he only went Arsenal but I fully agree with you.
-
It entertained me but I'm more than slightly biased.
-
I know it doesn't mean much but it's all over twitter. Ten million apparently. It would be sad to see him go and we definitely need a replacement.

Felli. Watch out for mega offers until the close of the window.
Can see it happening. If he keeps playing like this he's gonna go to one of the big Spanish teams , he's gonna be worth megabucks .I will just enjoy watching him batter defences till then. Well done Felliani.

Billy Kenny and VDM before them . With the exception of Junior they could all be a massive part of our history.
Glad the cyclist is okay. Martinez should sack him to show everyone this will not be tolerated .
