i thought manny shown undoubted quality but did go missing in games. he is young though so moyes could turn him into a diamond. but by all accounts 'lucho' already is, he has had touchin 40 caps in the central midfield role for arguably one of the best national teams around. and he is still only 26, so i would plump for lucho

what a difference one signing makes. mind you i still feel we need another quality midfielder and a striker, but i would take just one of these for now. preferably a midfielder perhaps gonzalez if this is true

We have now been linked with Phil Bardsley who spent last season on loan at Aston Vanilla. Dont know much about him but think he is a right back and i for one wouldn't think he could get into our team with tony hibbert their and neville as cover. i was just thinkin that all the players we seem to be getting linked with we have let go at some point. i am not 100% sure but there are jagielka,baines and barton. can u name any other good prem players we let go without giving them a chance

we lost to a great great team, i am absolutely gutted as it was in the bag but for that turner mistake, but he made some great saves today, i am proud of the boys and if we play like that against pompey europe will be ours. not too dissheartened by this

the more promising youngsters at everton the better, the future is looking good for us blue boys, but to take us to the next level we do desperately need some investment

never noticed thatthere was such a big difference in results when davies played. i never liked him but didnt think his effect was so negative. mind you it could be coincidental

juat thought i would see what everyone thinks, i have been extremely impressed by his overall game, he is technically very good and adds a bit of much needed guile to our midfield, he can tackle pass press forward and defend, but all this makes me think that matbe one of the 'big four' will come in for him.

i know the general feeling here is that he isnt good enough. but i think he is, i have seen him a few times and he rarely doesnt impress. scores some spectacular goals. maybe he isnt the fastest but neither is ashton. nugent has two good feet and is good in the air. a good partner i feel for aj. anyway thats only my opinion. and with him being a die hard blue you can guarentee he will give absolutely everything while wearing the famous royal blue jersey.
