I agree Reg as much as i would love us to play free flowing football we simply cant dont get me wrong we can play some top draw football at times but the we dont have the right structure to play like Arsenal we would be up shit creek if we where caught in possesion.

For me Hibbert has played very well of late i am far from a fan of his and i've been one of the first to let it be known but he is starting to grow on me lately he seems alot more confident both on and off the ball his all round game seems to have gone up a notch. I gave it to Jags he kept the rat in his pocket all game another top performance as did Lescott. The two young lads had very good games and showed great composure. COYB great result!!

The only fact i take off wiki is the goals they have scored and who against and so on i've seen him play many times and has looked one of Germany's best players in recent years but has been restricted due to the form of Klose and Podolski. I cant see us landing him but from what i have seen i would say he could be a big hit over here.

He is a very good striker for from shite he has a great record in the Bundesliga and also for Germany i am quite suprised he has not been picked up by a big team in the past to be honest would be an excellent signing

He has only played 13 games and scored 3 goals no record feat but to judge him soley on that is unfair he has a good record and the Russian league is no amatuer league as we have seen in recent times they have very good players.

I hope we can pull this off he is a good player who has had unfair criticism since he has only made 9 appearances for a City team that is all over the place. If he can settle in here and get games under his belt im sure he could be a big player for us if we pull it off that is

I agree that Arteta does go missing more often then not but to compare him to players such as Carrick and especially Gerrard is not very fair as Gerrard is a better player to be quite honest and the sytem the shite play gives him far more freedom and Carrick is a totally different type of player to Arteta who is no better in most aspects of his game he just has a fantastic team of players around him who are a level above our own. We really do look weak on the right as you said and it needs to be addressed if we had that and a decent striker brought in now we would look a much better team and be far more threatening and may have a very good shot at getting 5th or 4th.

Although we lost today we where not battered as i am sure alot of teams will be by United before the seasons end as they look very good and have started stepping it up a gear. In the recent league games we have shown we have the a great team and spirit and are no walk over and hopefully now that most of the tougher games are out of the way we can carry on getting positive results and challanging Villa and Arsenal to 5th or 4th spot. Well put Reg mate you basically covered the points i was going to make. Did you even read my post you tool i never said anything about how much of a fan you are those where your words i stated that living in a city of which ever club it is you follow makes you no more of a supporter of which ever club that may be thats playground material, Yes you may have more of a cultural background regarding families and so on but that does not make you more of a fan or more passionate about a which ever team you follow to even think so shows how shallow minded you are. As for the match going blue's comment thats a tad of the mark as it shows nothing i am sure there are many football supporters around this Country that are unable to attend games due to various reasons which makes them in no way less of a supporter would you say that the fans that travel many many miles week in week out to see your club are less passionate and supportive then you?

He is a great example of how loyalty and pride should be instilled into football and hope he sticks around for a few more years and maybe one day join the coaching ranks. I honestly think that we have the best buy in the last decade in Cahill for £1.5mil we have one hell of a player. On the possibility of him signing for a "big" club i think are very thin as he's 29 now and will more then likely stay with us then finish out his playing days back home.

I could have understood your point if you had said there are to many plastic fans that do not truly follow a team i.e United and so on but i dont see where a geographical link to Merseyside would make you more of a fan of any club and carry less passion for which ever club it is you support. The big difference is that in the derby's the shite have more to loose due to there league positions and the massive amount of money your club have spent to our own so to be beaten by a "small club" as the onion would say is more damaging to your supporters as we dont expect to win as most of your lot do hence the comments of late.
