Just need to have something inspirational or someone the team respects and looks up to. Maybe they're not all born leaders, but they have a certain aura about them or are a pivotal figure of any one team, but it takes time for that to develop, it just doesn't happen overnight.

On the neville thing I think he is playing better than he ever has (In midfield) but I don't think at his best he is up to it if gibbo is first choice fine but we need someone better than gibbo in my opinion. someone who dicattes the play from deep and breaks up play. It was interesting that Diarra at fulham played that role for them massively today.

Some of the quotes on here are ridiculous. We concede a lucky goal what would have been a great save from howard. We came back and had the lead which should have been higher with a bit more luck (we hit the post and there keeper made a great save).
