Best Players I thought were Joel and Gibson. Baines played pretty well also. Duffy was disappointing unfortunately. It's only early but I think we have genuine competition for the starting keeper position. Haven't been able to say that for a while.

Browning, Duffy and Vellios don't look like they're up to it.

Theres no way they will pay 20 million. If we got 16 to 18 that would be pretty good and you'd have to take it. Hopefully with Martinez's new playing style we wont be so reliant on baines to create almost everything and it will work out alright.

Is anyone else concerned that none of the signings so far are overly confident with speaking english? (Besides Alcaraz) They seem like good signings so im not overly worried but surely it cant be too good to increase the amount on non english speaking players within the squad?

If we got him for 5 mill and on reasonable wages I think he'd be a good signing. Even though he's aging I reckon he could potentially have 3 solid seasons at Everton. Jelavic and Anichebe didn't produce enough goals last season and if Martinez thinks this guy will, we've gotta trust him I guess.

I really wish someone would just buy him. We need the money pretty bad and id rather see him go than baines. Pretty sick of hearing about it though.

I reckon we'll finish fifth with Arsenal or tottenham dropping to 6th. Tottenham especially if they lose Bale. -

Cahill hasn't been in bad form for two years. I was just saying that since Fellaini has arrived, Cahill hasn't been able to play the way he was previously. (position and tactical wise)

If we got around 25 million I wouldn't mind at all. Hes clumsy and awkward and is a fouling machine. For that money we could get a much better player. Cahill hasn't played anywhere near his best since Fellaini came and if his dad wants a bigger club piss him off to one.
