Game has ended, we got deservedly(not sure even there is a word like this in english) 3p, clean sheet. All you can ask. Still im sayin we didnt play great. Sunderland were just totally awful today. No doubt, we need 3p and i love it. BUt the perfomance werent imo anything than ok. Becks did 2 goals, both shots were lame, but, hey they went in. He and Saha upfront are a threat. Saha did lot of things correct today, even he didnt sem to be full fit and it took him a while to get back in the rhythm. Howard had that one time he did to do hes jobs, it was all about his fingernails that sessegnons shot didnt go to the net. I am happy. Distin were good today, as well was Jags as his partner. First half we couldnt get our wings working correctly, baines ans seamus weret at their best today. Sahs did good job, won headers ans did hold up the ball and made space for Becks up there. And yes Mikel were good today, happy too see that. We werent great today, but got what we earned from awful sunderland. Delightful 3p anyway. Ive been thinking of this for a while, but who could replace him? And tbh im bit worried that after he got "applauds" to be brave enought to get Nev working harder, he has been seem to shout every games and almost evry1. Like today for Becks, actually no reason, no player in the world doesnt know everytime what teammate has on his minds. Young player bit too much feets off the ground? Dunno, and surely hope not.

Im not saying theres only good perfomances or bad and thats my point. We werent playing wery well, no doubt we still were better and lucky enought to grab 2 goals. But my point is that we didnt actually have to do almost nothing to lead 2-0. Sunderland were absolutely crap first half, and i honestly hope they will keep continue on that way. edit: and i think they had 2 good chances. Im very happy that richardson tryed something way hard to him, and that Howard got bit of his hands infront off sessegnons shot.

Really confusing first half. Im over the moon about were leading 2 to nothing, but actually whole first half were looking like a pub league match. Both of Becks´s goals showed that you dont need to hit perfectly, just need to get the ball throught the woods. Im pretty much disappointed how much we are doing hoofballs today, but it looked also that turf is very slippery and soft today. Hopefully no more injuries are coming. They have a threat on gyan and i would also be extremely happy if thats sessegnons shot to crossabar would be all he can create today. After this bad season, im really having mixed feelings about this game, no doubt ill take 3p however those will stay at Goodison. Audience also seems to be expecting easy win, think we got better support on stamford bridge than today. No more injuries, clean sheet and everything looks much more brighter. COYB

Again a game we need to grab all 3 points. Anything else will be disaster. We have a bit squadproblems atm(again), but fortunately sunderlands form aint best either, they were looking good 1-2 months ago, but couple injuries have got their form down. I wish we get Felli and Saha at least in team, prolly then 442 with Saha and Becks up. AIn gonna miss vic if he cant make it, but when we are talking about things i dont like, its more likely that hes fit, saha isnt, and becks also will break his leg during warming up. Howard Nev-Jags-Distin-Baines Coleman-Felli(Johnny)-Mikel-Osman Cahill(Bily) Becks If Saha is fit hes in, Cahill out and BIly to left replace Ossie. ANd RUn for Gueye from bench(but this is too much to ask from mr.Moyes)

I think it was last summer, before this season started. Some turkish club were interested. Moyes accepted the money, but Saha didnt wanna go and Moyes respected that.

Dont know has this rumour already been in here, but in finnish sports/gambling magazine (Veikkaaja) were that Moyes is got his eyes of rs Nathan Ecclestone(20y) who is playing this season in loan at Charlton.

I dont wanna sell him for sure. But when we are skint, if the money what we can get from him is acceptable(25M+) , i dont think we have some other options.

Real, mancs arent usually buying any potential. They wanna players who they think are ready. Mancs is just going to be a cemetery for hot prospects and dont think real would also interested to pay huge amounts for english talent, who havent played regularly. So only team could be united. They have good reputation with youngsters, at least aslong SAF is there.

This is really a hard question to answer tbh. Hes done us a great job all these years. Grab a player there and another from there, found couple of gems, and made good business for the club. We have got 4th in prem and get to FA-cup final. We had awesome run in Uefa-cup couple seasons ago(thought seriously were going to win it). No silverware, but before this and last season, it really looked our bus is going forward, not on the highway yet, small steps, season by season. This season has been the first we havent gone forward imo, we did start same squad than earlier, missing couple lads for long term injury, losin only Dan to north. No money for transfers, only Becks in for free. Moyes positive: -He has done great job without actually no money for years -You dont get several MOM prizes without reason -Hes turned couple of gems into a good profit for club -He seems to have good relationship with board -95% of fans love him (not fact, my own thoughts ) -He has bought us really young squad, players who are still developing all the time. -Prolly missing a lot of good atm, but yes my brains aint working correctly, ill add more when ill get out of black hole Moyes negative -He seems to have problems to adjust changes in his tactics, even we have seen 442 this season couple of times -He has to be quite a dictator behind the scenes, thats the only reason why i think some players just cant get their chances -He has some favourite players, whos position in starting 11 aint questioned, even it seriously should be -He has some problems to see what would be best to change in the middle of the games, too many changes(and weird ones) happen too late in game that those would effect to result -He does seem to have bit too defensive manner on his tactic choices overally -European reputation aint good even that 1 bright season - This post might sound negative, but i think, when he would get "out of the box" and get courage to do some attacking desicions he would bring us far. I wouldnt want to see us same kind of arrogant moneyspenders mancs have been, i would be happy just to see us without debts, and fair amount to spend to every season. And i mean amount of 10-20M per season. 2-3 fresh faces in and so on. Then we would really see has he already achieved everything he can with us, or how much of silverware we could see us grabbing

Would easily picked for us v hammers/burnley or v fulham/bolton. But we need to carry on yesterdays fighting and win sunderland first at saturday and then be ready v reading. Also think scum united v arsenil will be exciting game. The road is open anyway, have to be ready and beat reading, then we will have really tough job away, but we can do it!

ANy link to whole draw? It seems we will have to always get the hardest possible way. At leasti i think there would been easier chances aslong we will play well and beat reading next round. Old cliche is that you need to win all to win cup, but still pretty hard. Mancs can be tough for any1 and villa is always hard for us.

Its a bit strange. We just got huge victory yesterday, we are getting a really good record vs chelski. Still we just got to 5th round .We had a lot of possesion with the ball , but we had problems to create a threat from it. It has been our major problems this season, aswell set pieces also, our attacking corners have been this season like more dangerous for ourselves than possibility to score. We definitely have something to do a lot better, cause i cant even count how many stupid goals we have conceded this season from attacking corner and oppositions fast counter. Yesterday happily didnt concede any, but it was couple times when looked that they are coming fast and dangerous again. We probably didnt deserve a win, but ill take it, ill love it, ill love FACup. We need to now build on this, its again a chance for major boost for whole team. We still have just 9p ahead of 6th spot in prem and 1 game in hand actually. This season is so constant(prolly wrong word, but didnt remember better, hope you guys get it) for every1 and the point difference has stood really small for one way or another. COYB! Howard- Doesnt have to say much more MOTM. He did give us a chance to grab something for this and before penalties i thought he will pick up at least one. Neville- Well, it was like many times this season, he cant get the ball to teammates, crossing was again terrible, but last penalty to net , did forgive a lot. Jagielka- Looked like he could be coming back on his level, we need it. Couple errors, but didnt never give up. Distin- Ok game, lot of very good defensive headers, did lose his position also couple times wich looked rightaway very dangerous Baines- Again typical Baines. Never give up. Lot of attacking jobs and tryed hard, crosses didnt find teammates yesterday, but that freekick, pure love <3 Anelka skipped him and Mikel on the corner way too easy Coleman- He werent again at his best, is this huge talent just tired and missing focus? Hardly never got throught any enemies with the ball, 1 good attacking header from Baines cross, outplayed cole anyway on couple of occasions, like that header. Had couple of chances to shoot, but just slipped or something, could say unlucky was the best description from him yesterday Arteta- I liked him yesterday. He really seems to find it again. Just need to get that last drive out there, then can really say Mikel is back, but not yet. He still has to stay away from freekicks and corners if possible. Lot of forward runs with ball, was just hard to find who to pass up there, not many directions available Fellaini - Is he bit of injured or what. He tryed and did sometimes great, but also did really many times lose ball and when he lost it, it was always really dangerous looking. Ok game, but we got used to see him lot better. Really unlucky that his goal got flagged offside, i think he was onside. Osman- Bright game from him to be honest, worked hard, he just is bit too weak and slow to drive game on the wing, but still good game from him Cahill- couple of times ingame forgot hes on the pitch at all. Mr Invisible yesterday. Beckford- Well, its never easy to be up alone, he worked hard and tryed, but he seriously would needed help up there. Ill still think if he would got 1 clear chance he would scored. He cant do it(at least yet) like Saha, create chances by himself, he needs help. He cant hold ball up there alone, hes more quick striker than a hold up forward. subs: Bily, couldnt create anything, just didnt get in them game at all. Anichebe, he worked ass off, won some headers, but he cant create actually anything, still going down way too easily. But anyway, was better from bench than vs bolton when started. Heiti, hes subs was prolly just that what we needed. We seemed tired and we needed a burst of evil attitude to fight till the end. He cant seriously give us any kind of playmaking or stuff like that(nothing beautiful), but sometimes we need some1 to be annoying, ugly, and hard to opponents. He did that, and put in hes penalty, did nice push to cole and prolly got him thinking something else than blasting the ball in the net.

Its funny how this topic has now gone for like its a message for Moyes that he should play Mucha When it started i were only talking about Mucha and hes career and think hes one of those players we should get sold and get some money. Hes unhappy cause not have games under belt and we always need players with fully committed to our loved blueshirt. Nothing else. I think Mucha is solid keeper who cant sit rest of his career on bench, and thats totally acceptable imo. Like i said, i like Howard and when hes at his best(like yesterday) i just do love him. He has had some huge errors this season and sometimes you could give a benchman a chance to prove does he has it what it takes to be number 1. Competition is a good thing.

Even it was again much more brighter show from lads, i think Howard was really clear MOTM today. He kept us in game and just had nothing to do with that chelskigoal. Then like i were thinking he took that only pen he had a chance really well and easy looking. GG also for Mikel, Felli(even he lost ball again quite often) Osman, Distin and also jags were improving today. Again something wherefrom would be good to carry on and build. Just need this fighting on week in week out.
