  1. Haha, yeah me too! But as i say im just offering the opposition argument so to speak, but for the wages they are on you would expect them to fly through 2 games a week, and want some more again, but unfortunately, they dont like working that way !

  2. Cos most of them are mollycoddled overpaid woofters anyway, and some of them are foreigners who havent got the mindset to play in the premier league.

The long term serious injuries i can forgive, but some of our players cant play because they have a cold or they have a slight cough, and they dont feel strong enough to play twice a week, twice a week ffs.

When i was their age if i was fit enough to stand up, i would get on my bike and cycle from field to field playing once on saturday and twice on sundays. woofters. :gay:

i agree what you mean and the logic is there but, these players dont only play twice a week, they train for most of the week too, and from what i can gather its strenious work they do, they need to keep themselves in peak physical condition, so 2 big games in a week on top of this, could prove too much sometimes. Im not making excuses by the way, most football players are woofters as you say! but im just offering some opposition argument, if you want to call it that!

  3. this is a funny post, but an enjoyable read nonetheless.. Anyhow id like to clear the matter of distins long balls and the fact evertontoffees believes he takes too long on the ball. I don't know if you realise this but the reason for distins long balls is the fact no one comes from midfield or even bothers coming from midfield to collect the ball from our back 4. Example - yesterday i watched man utd and every time vidic or ferdinand got the ball, anderson and scholes both drppped off giving the option of a link between defence midfield. It got me thinking our team doesnt have that capability without arteta in the team, and thats the sole reason at this moment in time our cb'c mostly, are playing the long ball, excluding the midfield hoping a knockdown from saha or any other striker will then bring in our attacking midfielders. I hope this makes sense everton toffees, so that also answers the "neill is better at playing cb" question, as it has nothing to do with the centre backs, and i would start distin any day of the week against neill, ive grown to like him since he joined everton :)

  4. yeah i think we need two holding midfielders tonight, rodwell and id play fellaini (in europe) as a holding midfielder. Few of my mates are there, wish i was, :( alls i have to look forward to is a trip to the reebok stadium on sunday haha

  5. I got my brother to fix my ring of death, it now works perfectly.

Apparently a dead simple fix but it voids your warranty (as you found out) if someone other than Microsoft opens the console.

yeah, i have just bought a ps3 slimline with fifa10 as im fed up with having to deal with this problem. I didnt buy this console for it to break on me! haha

  6. Ive always been one to defend them, but im majorly pissed off today. Sent my xbox off the other week because it had that error (Red Ring of Death) Anyhow it came back today to my work, so i was made up. I opened the box and found a letter, stating the xbox had been tampered with or attempted to be tampered with, so they wernt going to fix it. How cheeky is that. its microsofts fault, they should never have released a console with such a high profile error. i am really pissed off. Ok time for my slight confession - I attempted to open the xbox a good while ago, only because im quite technical and my console kept just switching off so i was going to have a look at it. Anyhow i couldnt get the lid of without snapping the side so i just left it. Never opened it at all. Now because of this they wont fix my xbox which is still within the 3 years your allowed to get it fixed for free. Ive played Fifa10 about 3 times, and i couldnt wait to get back on it. I now dont know what to do, i think they may lose my custom, i might get a ps3 at least you dont have to deal with all this crap :(

  7. Everton expect him to be available for the game

    http://www.evertonfc.com/news/archive/felli-in-clear-for-wolves.html

as usual though the OS title says (Felli in the clear) so that to me says before reading that he has been cleared to play. But reading in the article it then says everton are confident he can play. I dont know if anyone remembers but i brought this up the other week. The OS has a title, but a completly different outcome in the article, just a small irritation i have with that site!

  8. Come on lads it's pretty clear that "dirty" has been lost in translation sonewhere over the Atlantic :) .

Definitely meant as a positive imo.

yeah it is meant as a positive, sounds to me like he means hes a really good player. He would be correct in assuming this also!

Osman, i find he is the one i get angry most with on a matchday, the one i find shouting at either from the stands or at the tele... But then he can do somethign brilliant a minute later. He does my head in when he does this, but he is now not good enough for the starting 11, a decent enough squad player, with 20 mins left etc, could pop up and do something special

  9. Amazing how two people can look at the same thing and see it so differently  .

    haha i know yeah!

It is £49.99 just for the shirt which is a tad bit steep, especially for a lot of people who are finding it hard with money at certain points, which i am too. I would like the whole kit, its something different and obv a very good cause

  10. i love it and everything about it, a great great cause, i think it is a great strip too, i cant wait to help the charity out and buy this strip, i went to pre order and realised i have no money in my account, guttted! The whole strip i really like, and cant wait to purchase to play my 5 a sides with it. I love the presentation box too

  11. im sure there was a link to a story on here yesterday, it may have been taken down with it being another forum, but i read that article and i actually enjoyed reading it, it did however make jo sound ALOTTT better than what he is at the moment. Sure the man has potential but he needs to find it fast before hes shipped back off to city. Was typical of him last week v stoke, last few minutes, ball in the box, even a half decent touch sets him up for an easy easy finish, but he gets it stook right under his feet, tries to swivel and the chance has gone, and the chance of 3 points have gone. Its that KILLER instinct he lacks. Am sure everyone on this board agrees with that
