this rumour is slowly starting to grow on me...still would want someone with a bit more pace, but i cant make my mind up on Bentley. No question he is better than we have got (e.g Osman) But as someone said about osman tracking back earlier, i couldnt really see Bentley doing too much tracking back to be honest.

alot like jags in the way he started off his everton career, still staggerd that wayne bridge seems to get the nod for england over Leighton, but he has without doubt made himself a certain starter because of his performances going foward and his defensive work. (remember the game against chelsea at stamford bridge, MOTM by far...and we should have won it) and his pen today scored me few more points on my fantasy prem team

I think if they did both play together it would be at home. Then playing away from home (with jo,loui and yak fit) we would have quite a healthy striking situation..for a change <_<

you dont think they will work well together? saha is better than the yak in the air, both got quite alot of pace. Wouldnt say that they were perfect together but given time i think they could well form a good partnership together. but hey....thats just my opinion

That is actually quite worrying ....with taxes in spain so much lower than here and our very strict wage structure it could all lead to the deal falling through on the personal terms.. In Moyes We trust!...

couldnt agree more, came into form in a couple of games at the end of last season and seems to have carried it through pre-season and into this season, definatly when him and yak get playing together we will have a fearsome strike force on our hands. Also with mikky n jags coming back and the likley hood of the new rb, i would think one more midfielder maybe and we will be set to gate crash the top 4 me tinks

EXACTLY! unfortunatly i think its pretty much dead in the water, but would love to see this on the famous SSN banner come tuesday.

thanks and totally agree, dont get me wrong i think bentley is a good player but this guy would add some much needed pace into our midfield and for the prices being quoted would easy have this guy over bentley

always liked kranjcar (however u spell it) dont think it will happen though, think moyes compares him too much too ourtater

I know im picking up a dead thread here, but to be honest much rather have this guy over bentley. Would be the perfect way to top off this transfer window YAY 1st post lol
