  1. livescorehunter.com is the best streaming site that I know. Totally rules for all sports - if you can access it you'll never struggle for a link again, even if you want to watch the First Division in Ecuador. Some people seem to have trouble accessing it from the UK though. You'll need to download vShare or Veetle though.
  2. That was a great insight from Tim Vickery - who appears to me to really know his stuff being based in South America - his column on the BBC pages are always worth a read. I've got a good feeling about him too and I really hope that Moyes will chuck him right in the mixer on Saturday. The Goodison crowd will get right behind him and I'll be rooting for him here stuck in my squat as a search for a decent internet feed. Can't wait for Saturday.
  3. Cross purposes indeed; I was hoping I'd stumbled onto a Mark Morrison thread. http://www.allstarpics.net/0111203/012717877/marc-morrison-pic.html Every time I see one of those stretch limosines, I can't help wondering if Mark Morrison is inside.
  4. No, Debbie Gibson had one shit single.
  5. I thought Madagascar was a cartoon, and where the Nazis wanted to send all the jews during the war. Turns out it's really an African country.
  6. I think she probably has a better left peg than Terry Gibson.
  7. You must be a child of the nineties then... I tried to put a photo but it wouldn't let me. Basically, see a 1980s cutesy version of Britney Spears. But in stonewashed denim and with scrunchies in her hair.
  8. Guardian reporting he was injured in the final minutes of the nigeria match in erm, madagascar. Madagascar??? Out for three weeks. Hopefully Moyes will play Vellios or Denis rather than chuck Fellaini or Cahill up front.
  9. Just surfaced after a day at work without internet to learn Drenthe has signed on a season's loan, Personally, I think it's great news. As he's out of contract at the end of the season he has a chance (and he will know it), to put himself in the window for both a move AND the international team for Euro 2012. The supporters will be massively behind him and if he plays well I'm sure he'll se what a great club we are and want to stay. On the other hand, if he plays like a crock of shit we can get rid sharpish. Great deal for Everton and great deal for him. I am creaming my knicks. Welcome to Goodison Royston; now go and wreck the shit of some opposing full backs.
  10. Even if the money does go to the bank at least its 20-25% of the debt gone..........?
  11. Also, if Drenthe deal depends on Yak and Becks buggering off, same thing if Arteta goes? I assures the finance for the Drenthe deal?
  12. I am sad to see Arteta go - he's been my fave player since he's been here. He's done well for the club and will be hard to replace (and won't be at all in this window), but I don't begrudge him this move - in many ways he deserves it. Just like to see him go in the best possible terms for us, that's all. No way of knowing, but I'm sure that he didn't ask to go until he knew the Arse were in for him. I bet we wasn't touting for any old move. This one came in and he thought - last chance to play at the highest level, it won't happen here. Good luck to him if it goes through.
  13. The Guardian saying that Mikel has not put in a official request, but 'made it known' he wants to speak to the Arse, thus making sure he does not lose his 'parting fee' fro leaving the club. Could always be interepretation, but would not be a surprise I suppose.
  14. I was afraid that the Arteta deal went down to his demands; now he's bitten the bullet and wriggling back to them. It just sounds horrible.
  15. Agreed. Sorry to see him go. Be a long time before we get a player at Goodison with a long weird neck like that.
  16. Not happy about that at all. He was doing alright. At least we've made some cash on a player that cost nothing just over a year ago. But whose going to get the goals now?
  17. And he can rap like a mother. My own mother. Bit concerned there's more footage of his rapping than playing on you tube...
  18. Permanent deal gives me the permanent horn. PLEASE sign, PLEASE don't be rubbish.
  19. Added bonus of making that turdcandle Piers Morgan whine too... what a result.
  20. I'm literally (in the Jamie Redknapp sense) jizzing on my screen at this news. He's bound to have the ego of Tevez and the talent of Brett Angel. Hope is a horrible emotion.
  21. The 10 million we spent on him is already gone, the 1.5m is at least something back. On the other hand, we've just saved a shit load on wages though for someone who hasn't really featured, and not likely to. And people know we are skint and taking the piss.
  22. What i mean is, Arteta doen't seem to bring that creativity any more, so take the money and take a risk on someone else. Key word is of course RISK, but keeping him is too. We're unlikely to get a bid that good again, and if he plays like he did the last 18 months, it will be pitiful, plus Moyes will keep him in the team come what way, no matter how poor he is. I love Arteta and would love to think he'll get his old form back, but I don't think so. If we sell, or if we don't, it's a risk. I'd like to see the money and a new player to have a go. But then I'm a optimistic sort of twat.
