I hope you are right. Just my first thought when I seen all 3 of them starting. Pienaar has been looking too slow and clumsy in possesion...osman is a workhorse but can also be clumsy in possession. ...and naismith an in form striker?! I hope he does well, he deserves a run up top. But in form striker? That made me chuckle a bit...2 against bottom of league one and one against villa?

This is a genuine question, so dont read it in any other way! How would this defending deeper work? Say if we were 10-15 yards deeper. Shites attacking quartet are still going to press...our players would still make the mistakes, have a nightmare...the only difference being that it hapoens closer to our goal??? Does one team sitting deeper not just allow the other team to push up further?

He played well in the circumstances...as in, standing in for a position, or a role, that he doesnt usually play in. I think that was the angle peeps where trying to go at. Under the circumstances, he was/is possibly our next option after Coleman...possibly!!! Going forward, maybe not. Im sure RM would have liked to have another option (yes I know, Hibbert!
