Louis Posted April 10, 2008 Report Posted April 10, 2008 Everton have asked Ampersand to find a deal with 67.5million over 15 years for stadium naming rights. That's £18million more than Arsenal were given for the Emirates. Quote
MikeO Posted April 10, 2008 Report Posted April 10, 2008 According to Wikipedia Arsenal got £100m over fifteen years, though that does include eight years shirt sponsorship. Still looking a bit over-optimistic though. Quote
Louis Posted April 10, 2008 Author Report Posted April 10, 2008 http://www.karen-earl.co.uk/insideinfo.cfm...view&id=318 * After stripping out the shirt sponsorship, the naming rights deal is worth £50m over 15 years, an average of £3.3m per year. That makes it the biggest – and certainly the longest – commitment to a naming rights deal in the UK, and one of the biggest in the world. Kirkby deal must include kit sponsorship, there is no way it's worth £4.5million per annum, it's a retail park stadium on the outskirts! Quote
