I'll be starting off in Beijing and then moving somewhere else ( probably the arse end of the arse end of the arse end......of china!). I was just wondering if anyone has been to China, and if so, any tips/advice/faux pas etc ?! Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, tis a bit of an unknown quantity China! mcirony Posted August 12, 2011 Author Report Share Posted August 12, 2011 I'll be teaching English, its a six month contract and then I'm planning on travelling around Vietnam, Thailand and Cambodia with the missus ( she's also going to be teaching!). It looks like a pretty amazing place, a little bit intimidating but thats part of the fun, I've been learning Mandarin for a few months and i'm hoping to be pretty good at it when i get back so I can show off down at the local chinese takeaway!
