Pat
Reports down undeer suggest Tim Cahill & Lucas Neil are set to invest in a local A-League club . Sydney Fc being the most likely. Together with toni award winning & "Without a Trace " Tv Star Anthony la Paglia whom is already a minor share holder. La paglia is considering throwing in his acting career to follow his football dreams. ( he was a reserve keeper years back @ Adelaide City & West Adelaide in the old NSL. Together with Cahill, Neil & Mark Viduka whom has repotedly already put in to Melbourne victory, these ex pat players & tv man are attempting to use there profiles to further push the football barrow down under. Socceroos star's Tim Cahill and Lucas Neill are considering launching a bid for an A-League club with a consortium of high profile business and sport people we have got some good people who are willing to put their money where their mouth is... we think we can actually push it to the next benchmark, raise the game, make clubs in Australia profitable Personally I think that is a magic gesture & nice to see a few footballers spending there money on things other than Ferarris, whilst giving a bit back to the local scene where they learnt their basic trade. As an outsider looking in ( It is such a diff situation to home etc) Football in this country really needs high profile support & acknowledgement. Well in chaps.
