Louis
Anichebe and Van Der Meyde dropped. Beattie and Davies have brought back into it. I wonder what to make of that, maybe VDM wasn't fit enough to play two games in three days. Perhaps Moyes is resting Anichhebe or doesn't want to expose him at too early an age, maybe he wants Vic to come on as a sub in the last half hour when the teams are tired so he can make the most of his pace? Ah well looks like beattie is getting ANOTHER chance, he best do something with it

Madmatt
yes it was a pen, but we dont even bother appealing anymore. it was a stupid challange, and should have been given, but we wont get another this season at this rate! we are on top, but not creating alot of chances. its going to be a tight one if it carrys on. Madmatt
im watching it on the links that were posted. Davis is playing very well, althought his touch has let him down once or twice. beets isnt in the game at all.
EFCfanatic
an improvement after the break i hope. They seem there for the taking
Madmatt
City havent had a shot yet. They havent looked in it at all. And even if they do, jo and joey clean it up easily. Really hope we change upfront. beets dont look into it at all. Get vic on and show his pace. dunne is looking like a mule at the moment, as do the rest of the defense, but out midfield (inc arteta) arent really creating much, meaning AJ has to drop to deep. thebluenose
last season we had goal upon goal disallowed. this season weve had penalty appeial upon penalty appeal turned down. whats it next season red cards upon red cards for us

LeeTino8
this is a joke moyes is to blame no doubt ! dropping vic is a joke !!!!!!!!! BT is a waste of space and needs to be sold but after this his value will have dropped ! survival season this now ! no europe and i cant see a cup run . happy new year ! Madmatt
i have to say, we have looked belove average today. No one seems up for it, and the fact a very average man c team is 2-0 up, well, not great. I really dont think its moyes fault. yes prob should have played Vic from the start, but at the end of the day, beets needed a game. If he had scored today could have added value to him. Also, we dont wanna rush vic. he is going to be a good player for us, but dont want to let it get to him to soon.

GreatOJ
fulltime, good pressureat the end, but far too late, Everton were average at best, victor shoulda started but i can see why moyes chose beattie
Madmatt
Renie is a prick. 2 pens that should have been given. 1 for them, given without even thinking about it. moyes was going mad, cant wait to see what he has to say after the game this time. missing compatition in midfield, but defence looked solid for most of the game.
thebluenose
cant wait until cahill comes back. some threat in the air at last. fuck weve missed him. we shouldnt change a winning team and this game proved it.
Romey 1878
Hopefully this has shown Moyes that he would be mad NOT to sell Beattie, and that he definitely needs to make signings.

StevO
i agree with not starting Vic, bring him in slow dont rush the lad (but i still have more faith in Vaughan) and people keep saying sell Beattie, who to? there is only the skunks stupid enough to buy him

thebluenose
celtic haha. itl make BT look remotly good. ive always stuck to BT when we first got him. and in his purple patch last season i always knew he can be a decent player when he puts the effort in. but this season he hasnt put the effort in. but im sorry the least i can expect from an Everton player is effort. you may not be the best player in the world but if you put the effort in you deserve to play. BT out and Vic to replace him.

Steve L
A Moyes fuck up as far as I'm concerned! Should never have changed a winning side to start off with. Getting like fuckin' Benitez with his changes! Changes can be be made into the game if needed. We're not in a position to fuck about with putting BT in the shop window and "easing" Victor into the team. If the lad's good enough, he's old enough! he's proved he can do it at this level and scored twice against the Skunks FFS so he should have been started. If Shandy VDM isn't fit enough we'd soon have seen but he should've stuck with him to start. Moyes needs to stop fucking about and play to our strengths! Randomness
Agree Decision to Drop Victor who is Clearly in a rich vein of form for beattie is a disgrace, Hopefully Victor will play against blackburn adn with a possible return of TC then it shud be all good. Stupid Decision Moyes, How can an 18 year old need resting when he came off early against the skunks?
StevO
celtic and blackburn r suppose to be intrested in him if we go for suppose then; Bolton, Blackburn, Villa, Boro, Newcastle there will be a different rumour everyday, but my point is that its not so easy as saying lets sell him

Romey 1878
If TC's back, he'll be on the bench with Vic upfront but the Reading game TC will play upfront with AJ so there'll be no room for Vic, and hopefully BT will have gone

thebluenose
2 clear cut penalties. but we just dont care anymore. we know that no matter what happens we wont get a pen. so thank you warnock wenger mourinhio and the british media. youve ruined the game by criticising us at every opertunity and ignoring the real cheats out there. plus the standard of refereeing has dropped as well coz they wont give us anything no matter what happens and that isnt fair. one rule for us one rule for the rest. rant over
Pat
7/12 not the worse period. Many would have taken that pre. However, the part that hurts is it seems the points V both Boro & Citeh seem Dropped rather than lost.
xsaint
The referee have cost us the game yet again,,,,seems this is happening for too long and the lame referees failed to admit their mistakes! Lower Gwladys
We dominated the first half but failed to change possesion into goals. So inconsistent again this season, but I suppose we are used to it now. Clearly a pen against Osman, how the linesman didnt give it I will never know. Could see it from where I was sitting. Awful decision. One last thing did anyone go? How unfunny are the city fans, thinking there hard stuff. Tossers the lot of them. Pics..
