Is This James Vaughan

I am an Evertonian from The Netherlands. In the summer I made a visit to the traing from England U-21 and took this picture (see attachement)

 

Can somebody ensure me this is James Vaughan at the left?

 

Since I saw his dream début againts Crystal Palace in april 2005 I try to follow this youngster.
