As much as Gray, Iwobi and Gordon are struggling to organise a decent attack, they are helping us keep the defensive shape. So I'd be reluctant to change it just yet.

Yes he is, but can't blame the ref to be honest, Gordon's behaviour is making the ref more cautious in giving him decisions.
