I can't explain it because regardless of what Ferguson, Sven, Mclaren & Moyes think he is the most fustrating football player I'v ever watched. He has one ball out of defence and strangly never plays it when it's actually on. The strange thing is we paly better with him than without him but I honestly think thats just down to him being better than the players he's replacing rather than being a good player. Weak in midfield and predictable in defence, a decent squad player no more thats my opinion anyway!!

We were shite until some bright spark realised we can play decent football through the middle & on the floor from that point we dictated the game and looked leathal up front! Yakubu is imense with the ball at his feet and thats after looking lost for the whole first half.

No worries Mike I wouldnt want to embarrass you The DaSilva thing bugs the shit outa me too cos he's looked half decent every time I'v seen him play an with our current midfield situation you have to question why Moyesy never stuck him on the bench for tonight? He could have had a run out if needed and then gone back on loan tomorrow if Moyes wasnt impressed. Unless Barnsley requested we didnt cup tie him if they're still in!

He'll be a lazy waste of space if we persist with this long ball game or we can allow him to goal hang, give it to his feet & get 20 goals off him. Seems a no brainer to me! We all know what type of player he is now we can do what we did to Beattie & Johnson forcing them to change their game or we can accept that cirtain players play best in cirtain positions and become great. With a driving force in the midfield, Yakubu getting the ball to feet on the edge of the box & AJ on the shoulder of the last defender we will be scoring for fun. Pitty Moyes doesnt want to play like that and is determined to make AJ run into the corners & Yakubu accept long balls!!
