You cant on Football manager which is based on real life rules, once you've submitted your squad that is it, unless its an emergency loan signing. I could well be wrong though.

Wolves are apparently close to signing Dendonker for £12m, from what I've seen of him (which isn'ttt an awful lot) then I think they are about to get a really good signing at that price, would have liked us to move for him -
But he wouldn't be able to be registered, we have to submit our 25 man squad which cant be added to until January

He has no affiliation with the club so why wouldn't he see if other offers come in? If you in your job was being offered your job by a few other places and there is talk of others coming in too wouldn't you wait and see what's on offer? I have no problem with him waiting to see what comes in, I'd do exactly the same.

Newcastle are on the verge of Meltdown mode. The players are refusing to do the media's Walk Up shoot and they have blanked the NUFCtv twice now. Basically doing a media strike because of a dispute over bonuses. If we are going to bid at any point then now is the moment.
