commentator just said the results we have had is the worst opening 3 games i=ever by an english team
-
I agree this will be same old same old. Not learning from his mistakes. It's interesting he sees the Brighton game as a game we nearly won whereas I see it as a game we were lucky to draw.
if I am honest it's the performances that cause the most fear for me. After our biggest summer of all time we look a lot worse than last season and that's down to the lack of 1 player.
-
He should be sacked we got lucky there.
-
I face every new game with optimism but I work in Brighton and this won't be a 4-0 even if we are on form they have 1 or 2 players that can do it on there own and at present we are susceptible to this kind of team and a 1-0. I hate Ronny but calling for his head means nothing to the board so I just hope he can turn it around. If he keeps playing players out of their best position and the same players who are low on confidence I foresee a long season with mid table our best hope. Worst case the rot sets in and nothing pulls you out and we get in a relegation fight.
the biggest fear for me is the nature of the results we don't look like competing.

So we spent good money on gylfi and Davy both coming off the back of quality seasons. Neither has shown enough in their performance to be starting every week. I know Ross is injured but my memory of him over the last few seasons is playing better and having more influence than the other two. So which of these players is the most influential on game day?
-
He isn't playing well and not sure what his position is?

Thanks for the welcome. I have been underwhelmed by the bloke since he arrived last season the spell before Xmas we were shite then we beat arsenal and go on a decent run. Then we know we got 7th and he stopped caring about results. At his other big clubs he seems to be a plod a long journeymen it's not like he won the league with Valencia or has a cracking CV so why is he so revered. I saw a post where someone mention Ancelloti. I don't know if he would come to Everton but Jesus that would be a statement. I never really wanted Bobby M but in his first season he massively proved me wrong. That was the best season in a long time.

He did turn it around with Southampton tho.
Did he?

Looking at his other jobs he has only done well in Holland and at either PSV or Feynord. He resigned from Benfica and Ajax and was sacked from AZ (After a title winning season) and valencia. All that said I understand you could quote a record of some more succesful manager. But the reality is when we have a rich backer who boasts he is bringing the good times back he should be aiming higher than Koeman. I don't think Koeman is a special manager.

i do agree two up front and use gilfi in a more central role.
where did klassen play at ajax

what did koeman do last season that made him so good

I never understood the positivity about koeman. What of this record says great manager I think average at best.

I want him gone tonight it's not the results it's the performances the players at best don't know what they are suppose to be doing and at best don't care. It was the same last season at the treatment of Barkley has ruined him
-
Rooney was sold by Jose because he is a shadow of his former self.
Schneidlin was sold by Jose because he isn't very good I haven't seen anything that makes him a first teamer.
We miss Barkley lukaku combination.
we have miles too many wide attacking players and play central players there.
we bought too many players. I would say Pickford and Keane were must have with 1 striker and maybe gylfi.
koeman is not a great manager. What did he do before us.
I don't know what our tactics are and neither do the players.
why did we spend so much effort on gylfi who is a nice to have when we needed a striker.
-
It's so bad his interview. He said he thought they showed good character.
-
i cant wait for his interview

phenomininal

surely he has to resign

This happens every new week.
Still people support Roberto and his football management.
i dont think ayone has supported him for a long time
Who should replace Koeman?

After all tha calls for his head and this replacement and that replacement I feel like we are kids in a sweet shop. Gone are the days when plucking a moyes esque from the lower leagues or bottom 6 is an option. Also I am not sure where I stand on a big name such as Jose or Carlo A. I wouldn't be upset with Sean Dyce as I agree with the positivity on him. But actually the fellar at Watford feels like the right thing for us. I can see him being as good as Jose in 5 years time.
