Nugent and Barton are the only realistic ones on there. Manny for 5mil isnt hapening as long as long as theres an S in Sunday!!! The biggest culture shock for me would be where Im staying at Uni now, Salford!! I really cant choose between Derby or West Brom for that one, If either came up theyd go straight back down. If i was being sinical it would be funny for Billy Davies to not go up into the Premiership, simply cos he just cant seem to cross the line. Yeh I agree to a cerain extent. Practisce makes things alot easier, but it doesnt neccicerily mean you'll be the best at it. With Bricklaying and other hands on jobs, practise would definatly make perfect. My dads been a mechanic for 40 years now and he is beyond good at his job, but because he has no qualifications to back his experience up.

I think that talent is talent, if that makes sense. Someone like Rooney urges natural talent, although practise can harness them skills. I'm with Licker as well in the sense that if you practise, it totally makes things easier. Beckham used to practise his freekicks for hours, and I think he's benifited from it????
