For me buy Ake and Mings to start with and look for a holding midfield,also either Stevens or chillwell, at LB and move Digne forward on the left side, regards Marcel saying he needs a right winger you dont expect him to tell everyone what he really wants do you, if he did he would not be very good at his job.

I have been watching EFC since the 50s never have i been so embarrassed to be a blue, No manager we have ever had has sent out 11 cowards. We will not hear the end of this in the next 25 years no matter how well we go on to do. Carlo carries the can for a lot of that, he gives them confidence, or not as it showed thats his job. I think it was a poor performance by all, Charlie held nothing up and had the touch of Lukaku, his goal covered up a very poor show by him. Having said that no one was any good tonight. We need a left back not only because LB is at the end, LD needs cover on that side and resting at times, i think Stevens at seff utd woud be a good buy. I have a lot of sympathy for him, a big money signing he is unable to live upto. Sadly the main thing that lets him down is he reactive, never proactive, never sees danger or puts himself in the right position, this in turn makes him look slow. Went for Baines although he missed only his second pen for us i think, without his great strike it would not have got to penalty's. Great servant always ready to step up.
