Boring, horrible, shite performance.
We all said we'd take an ugly win!
DCL won't get any luckier than that. Although he created his own luck with the closedown.
We do, collectively, need to do a lot more.
But I thought that Everton was the team that plays beautiful football?

What goal!
If that isn't up for goal of the year for us, I don't know what else would be.
-
Eh, what the hell.
At this point I'll take it.
-
We gonna get another triple change today, fellas?
-
Is the wind really blowing that hard or are our free kicks really that bad today?

I’m missing this one today I’m gutted the 1st game I’ve missed in years.
but I’ve got to go to a family function.Today's my last day of vacation in Florida and I'm hoping to see us get the 3 points today. Got an early morning flight tomorrow (flight leaves around 7:30 Eastern and we have to get there 2 hours early and the place that we're staying is about 35-40 minutes from the airport) so hopefully today's result will leave me with a positive feeling.

It would be nice to get a win over the Shite though. The will come to our place on a Wednesday evening as their 7th game in 21 days (and on the back of away games to Atlanta and then Fulham). This would be as good as time as any to play them.
It would. We broke the streak at Anfield, even if it was a match played behind closed doors with no fans. It still counts.
That being said, we've seen in the past that we couldn't even beat a team of the Shite that had some of their youth players in the starting XI.

I think the two biggest games on the list are Forest and Luton, as one of these could turn out to be 6 pointers come the end of the season. (Given the league table at the moment Luton is the most likely team to be fighting to get away from 3rd relegation spot). These are must not lose games. Luton's last two games after they play us are winnalbe.
We can't leave it this year until the last day of the season - as we will get fuck all away to Arsenal.
My hope is that it will be similar to the home match against Palace a couple years ago where we clinched safety that day and then had nothing to play for in the final match of the season at the Emirates.

It’s never going to be pretty with this side, but happy to say I’m proud of the squad today. They battled hard.
I'm of the same opinion on this as well. If anything the Newcastle fans should be more disappointed with their performance considering how many opportunities they had to go up multiple goals on us.

Forest defeats Fulham 3:1.

Wait did I miss something? How’s it 9 minutes?
Only things I think of are the offside check and the VAR check for the penalty. Wouldn't have thought those would give that much time.
-
9 minutes of stoppage time.
Christ almighty.
-
Thank bloody hell for that.
-
Based on how this referee has officiated today, I'd figure it's a play on rather than a penalty for that pull down on Young.
-
Looks like Garner, Gomes, and DCL on.
-
Though it looks like we may have just gotten a reprieve.
-
Ironic that commentators I'm listening to mention they needed to make changes before they allowed a second goal and they end up allowing the 2nd goal just moments later.
-
Fulham scores just after half time. Now only down 3:1 to Forest.
-
Just as a follow up to Forest being up so much, Marco Silva made a triple change in the 32nd minute.
-
Forest up 3:0 now with a goal in stoppage time in the 1st half.

Can't see anything changing here so a draw at best.
What was the status they showed earlier? We've only got 3 or so points from a losing position?
If I heard right on Goal Rush earlier, they said we haven't gotten any points from a losing position all season.
-
So we had what? 2 or 3 players that got faked out by Isak there?

Good thing this hasn't been said in one of these threads multiple times this season.
