GUILTY!!!!!
And yet I still feel like he'll find a way out of it and get elected in November
If he gets jail time (which I don't think he will), he wouldn't serve it til after the election anyway as his lawyers will use every legal avenue they have on appeal.

The Republicans have to drop him, right?? Are they that stupid and desperate to back a felon? If they do, how many of republican voters will switch to other parties? If they don't, Trump runs as independent and takes how many of the Republican votes with him...
This could be glorious, a step toward breaking the 2 party control!
Yeah, there's no virtually chance that they drop him. The party would basically crumble if he ever decided to leave the party and split off to his own separate 3rd party.

In a bit of good news for those of us in this part of the world...
ESPN announced that they've reached a deal to keep the FA Cup on their airwaves through the 2027/28 tournament. All 79 matches produced by the FA each season will stream exclusively on ESPN+. They will also air the Community Shield match at the start of each season.

You are a very welcome addition to TT mate it’s like having our own Google search engine Palace beating Villa 5-0 is the biggest surprise of the day for me.
Thanks mate. On the other message boards I'm on, I'll usually do updates on Championship Sunday like I did today. Good to know what's going on elsewhere.
And yeah that scoreline surprised me as well. Villa was already locked into a Champions League spot so they didn't have anything to play for but you'd figure they'd perform a bit better.

Other final scores today:
Brentford 2:4 Newcastle United
Brighton 0:2 Manchester United
Burnley 1:2 Forest
Chelsea 2:1 Bournemouth
Crystal Palace 5:0 Aston Villa
Liverpool 2:0 Wolves
Luton Town 2:4 Fulham
Manchester City 3:1 West Ham
Sheffield United 0:3 SpursManchester City wins the points title. Arsenal finishes 2nd. Spurs gets the Europa League spot. Chelsea gets the Conference League spot. Newcastle finishes ahead of Manchester United in the table. If City wins the FA Cup, then Chelsea gets a Europa League spot and Newcastle gets the Conference League spot. Forest survives. Luton is relegated.
Even though the match had no bearing, quite a good performance by Palace with Mateta having a hat trick.

If you take Pickford Branthwaite or Tarkowski out of this team we lose 20-25 points a season, they been massive as a team and individuals.
I don't know what it is about Pickford but there are sometimes where he shows he's one of the best keepers in the league and other times where he just underperforms. Really frustrating to be honest.

Guess we were all slightly mistaken. They did try to have our match and the start of City-West Ham start simultaneously (or as close as they could anyway).

Huh. And hear I thought it was just people on this side of the pond that were into that sort of stuff.
