  1. lmao....Licker you are completely right.. Jeremy Kyle should be dropped in in the middle of a war zone, with only his opinion as a defence... and, Sheriff John Brunell.....or, "Hi, I'm Sheriff John Brunell!". He is exactly what you describe him as! lmao !!!
  2. I may be a little bit sceptical here, but this is definitely a spammer...not even clicking on the link! Hope 'Sophie' has a good birthday though. lmao!
  3. incidentally, its interesting that Everton have made comments about the condition of the pitch at the JJB today. It did look a bit cut up and a bit boggy and marsh like - which, although they were not alleging at this point, may be a reason for AJ's injury. More likely Kirkland pushing him in the back though in my opinion...but I will see on MOTD a little later on!
  4. Everton will probably have to set up a thinking tank to spend £400,000, then a recruit for a secondary committee, then appoint a third party agency to draw up a proposal draft, then have it approved, then issue the paperwork probably by snailmail and, well,...and by then, he will have been sold for half a lamb shank. Everton needs to be able to move more swiftly, make decisions quicker and just get these players, which we need to vitally at the moment, in at our club!
  5. Surely, the powers that be at Everton must know what the damage is, if not the extent. It only takes a couple of xrays to discover whether something is broken or not, therefore, it may well be that it is not broken, and that the medical team is waiting for swelling/bruising to subside so they can get a more accurate idea of what the damage really is. I may be hoping beyond all hope here...but it is not an unreasonable thought I dont think!
  6. well, when the findings are made, if it did happen, we should ban racists for for life...however, if it is found to be untrue, we deserve a proper and very public apology.
  7. Have not yet got to see the fight, but was delighted when I found out he got the win. Nice one!

    The Wigan Test

definitely, I could not agree more. On a separate note, I do not get to travel away much, which I am hoping to change. However, I was shocked with Wigan. There was no atmosphere in the ground - for that matter there was nobody in the stands. It was like visiting the Halton Stadium for a reserves game! What also amused me was when we scored the penalty, the police had to eject a lot of people form the stands, obviously blues in the wigan stands - illustrating that they did not have that much support at all!
  9. yea, its very encouraging and gives me hope. So there is light at the end of the transfer tunnel market!
  10. hopefully we will know something in a couple of minutes time. Sky Sports will probably mention something about our game during half time of Arsenal and Manure.
  11. doh, sorry no, you are right, I meant Fernandes...what a tard I am! lmao!

    The Wigan Test

Sorry Mikeo, yea, was at the match in the North End of the JJB. Was using my o2 Orbit PDA. Just got back home about 20 mins ago. It was not the best of games, but at least we took 3pts away. Had to think that David Unsworth 'gave' us the penalty as he is still a confessed blue! lol Thanks Rhino.
  13. I can only think that we may be doing something a little more positive with Ferdinand. Not sure who else Moyse would be after though at this stage. With AJ likely to be out for a while, this may mean that Moyes opts to keep BT to cover until the summer.
  14. I am hoping for something to happen before the summer, and according to Moysey, we will be doing business before the summer. It lo
  15. ...I am a little more satisfied now with the encouraging remarks Moyes made to Radio City post match today. He said something along the lines of "we will be having dealings in the transfer market this week". Surely, this does not mean we will be selling somebody else, we can not afford to sell, we need to buy!
  16. Yea, lets see what the facts are, and go from there. I seem to remember everybody was fearing the worst with Cahill, saying he was going to be out for the rest of the season and he made a speedy recovery. Fingers crossed, again!
  17. Although Arteta scored both today, I was very disappointed with him on the whole. He did not have his usual touch and he seemed a little out of it, going missing for periods of the came. Also, I know that Cahill is recovering fro a nasty injury and it takes time to get his match fitness back, but he was also adrift today. On the plus side, Tim Howard looked safe for us. A well earned three points though, moving us up to 35pts in the league...which is nice! lol A very important away win!
  18. Was at the game at the JJB today. AJ went down just in front of us and it did not look good at all...he was in a tremendous amount of pain. Hopefully it was nothing too serious, but it looked it. Incidentally, it looked like Kirkland gave him a push in the back causing him to fall, but I have not seen a replay, was this the case in which we should have been awarded a penalty?

    The Wigan Test

we should be hammering these, however we are making hard work of this. there is no point or reason playing a long ball forward to AJ, when tall defenders, such as rhino, are marking him. lets hope for a second half of improvement and toffee goals.
  20. absolute class. That really made me laugh..cheers Mikeo...lmao!
  21. Louis Garcia is another one I would like 3 rounds with...especially if he was wearing his mrs's hairband. lol what is that about!
  22. we definitely need to move awat in my opinion. There is very little space for redevelopment at the existing site, plus after a sell out game, it takes a good while to get away as there are no straight and easy routes away, other than the East Lancashire Road which is usually restricted with some sort of roadworks which are on going. Its all well and good the council making statements that they have made proposals for sites, but when, in the past, Everton as a club have proposed a move, it is knocked back by them, such as the Kings Dock. It should also be born in mind that the council do make promises which they seemingly can only promise to break, such as the 4th Grace at the Pier Head, The Mersey Barrier, The Tram Network, etc, etc, etc and the list could go on. The council seems brilliant at saying "we would have" retrospectively. Also, Old Trafford is not within the confines of the City of Manchester, despite the name of Manchester United. I do not see how it matters to be honest.
  23. Interesting...hopefully something will come of this.
  24. well I did not predict that...although, Chelsea are having a few selection problems, and Anfield is a hard place to try and take something from.
