  2. Yea, he is fine now...he got a bit of a cold and started yaking all of his food up everywhere. We think he is sorted now that we have to mix in Gaviscon into his milk. Thanks
  3. exactly! they are a shower of whinging and moaning gits - who complain about everything and anything rather than looking in the mirror and realising all the problems are caused by them usually! Incidentally, I am looking for somewhere to store my soapbox when I get off it, any help would be much appreciated! lol
  4. you know, its the likes of Radio City 96.7 who drive the RS on with there continual repeated news stories, interviews and weak as piss documentaries of how liverpool were robbed and their fans cheated. For fooks sake, when they won they marvelled for 2 years with shitty programs about it, and when they loose they moan about uefa - and not the club, players or more importantly the disgrace of their following supporters! Its obvious that the RS are the worst fans in europe...one of their supporters recieves a life sentence for attempted murder in Turkey, when another claims he was the guilty party...they are involved in other incidents also with the loss of many lives after after fallen walls...and they single handidly ruined other clubs getting all of the British clubs banned from Europe. The fact that their 'thru-n-thru' upstanding supporters also rushed the gates in Athens shows how idiotic and disrespectful they are, with very short memories!
  5. I don't like the doing down of our players, but I do think that Naysmith is a weaklink at times. His quality, concentration and distribution come into question all too often.
  6. Its always been the same...I mean, we only have to look in our own back yard to see this is true. Okay, Johnson only broke into the squad, arguably because Michael Owen was injured? Plus, we have one of the best English defenders in the Premiership in Lescott, and he only gets a run out for 10-15 minutes in the B squad at Burnley FC's Turfmoor. Seems a little bit of snobbery is going on here. Lets be blunt, if Lescott was playing for Chelsea, Man U, Arsenal or the RS he would be in the squad in an instant IMO!
  7. Like I said I think it is just a story generated by the media to fill the corner of the sports section page, but it is doing the roudns at the moment.
  8. It has been a bit slow hasn't it! Anyway, Chelsea have signed Bayern Munich striker Claudio Pizarro on a Bosman free transfer, and also signing is Oldham Athletic striker Danny Philliskirk. The 16-year-old has signed two-year scholarship and a further two-year professional deal. Birmingham City have signed Middlesbrough defender Stuart Parnaby on a free transfer. And thats about it really I think... The latest football transfers can be found here...http://www.footballtransfers.co.uk/
  9. Having given this a bit of thought it does seem like a media story, plus I think that such a moved would be a backwards step for both players.
  10. I think he deserves a certain amount of credit, yet given the platform we have achieved over recent years, we do need to start thinking of the future and looking to bring in more investment so we can stay amongst the top clubs in the premiership.
  11. Apparently, according to BBC Teletext and the Mirror, West Ham United are to make a combined bid for AJ and Arteta which is believed to be in the region of 35-45m. Personally, I can not see it happning. AJ and Arteta have madfe it clear that they are settled and satisfied with the club... Anybody, heard anything more on this?
  12. The Beatles really were musical genius's, you changed not only the direction of music, but its style and the way it was recorded. Sgt Peppers is a fantastic album, but in my humble opinion Abbey Road is better to listen too and has nore musical content. The only problem with other group reworking their classics is that it is tantamount to Citroen releasing an E-type Jag! It can be good, but its not the original and it never will be better! It is a nice mark of respect though.
  13. Here is a website I use for a lot of my ringtones... Coolsmartphone.com If you quickly register you can download as many mp3 ringtones as you like for free, including Z Cars which I posted up...Click here for Z Cars
  14. I was having a problem with the missus's laptop which kept disconnecting. It turned out to be a battery/power issue. In the first instance, make sure it is connected to the power lead or fully charged. If it keeps slowing down, check how many applications you have running (by ctrl, alt, delete) and stop any which you dont need. Alternatively, if it is you internet browser which keeps slowing, you may have spyware, so download Adaware and/or Spybot for free and clear you cookies, cache and history,
  15. lmao...I wonder how many of them actually thought about saying themselves.
  16. Lampard definately is way over rated. I think more credit is given to the likes of Lampard because of the club rather than his merit as a player. You only need to look at the streak of urine, aka Crouch. He was dismissed for ages then the moment he joins the RS he is in the England squad.
  17. completely right...you have hit the nail on the head there!
  18. good work, looks cool...
  19. Something of a novelty at English football clubs, a spending review by the American owners to scrutinise Benitez's transfer record at Liverpool, is to be carried out by an independent body, most likely an accountancy firm. The results are sure to have some bearing on the funds made available to him. This is particulary interesting IMHO.
  20. As most have already said, I think that BT is probably going to be your lot if you really need to take a forward from us. I really can not see Vaughan, AJ, McFadden or even Vic for that matter, being released on loan. BT would probably do well at WBA too.
  21. I am currently listening to the latest Euphoria compilation, Back To Ibiza 07. If you are into your dance/trance music, its worth a quick downlaod... 3cds of dance music ranging back to the early to mid-90s.
  22. yea, I will have them...so long as those RS are banished to Room 101? Who is with me on that?
  23. I wish I had the balls to do this...you are completely doing the right thing though, according to my late Grandfather. He was in the Navy in WW2 and had many many tattoo's on his arms. I remember asking him many years ago, should I get a tattoo, he replied "if you do, don't get a womans name, get your clubs emblem. Women may come and go, but Everton is a religion and will be with you for life". Incidentally, he did have an old style Everton tattoo on his upper right arm. God bless him. RIP. Oh, and I wanna see the tattoo when it is done too!
  24. Agreed. It was a sin to leave him out in the first place...however, it probably made him even more determined in the long run. It was a decent game, nothing to write home about though. I think it was more of a lack on concentration towards the end that leaked their equaliser.
